Abstract
【解決手段】 本実施形態は、有機発光表示装置を開示する。開示された有機発光表示装置は、赤色、緑色、及び青色サブ画素の各々に対応するように備えられる第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層を含み、複数の画素の各白色サブ画素には第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層のうち、いずれか一つの色相と同一なカラー層が交互に備えられ、第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層より高さの低い第4カラーフィルタ層を含む。これにより、有機発光表示装置の反射率を低減し、鮮やかな黒色を再現することができる。

Claims (6)
- 赤色、白色、緑色、及び青色サブ画素を有する複数の画素を備える基板と、
前記赤色、緑色、及び青色サブ画素の各々に対応するように配置される第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層と、
前記複数の画素の各白色サブ画素に前記第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層のうち、いずれか一つの色相と同一のカラー層が交互に備えられ、第1乃至第3カラーフィルタ層より高さの低い第4カラーフィルタ層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、有機発光表示装置。 - 各画素の第4カラーフィルタ層のうち、少なくとも2個のカラーフィルタ層の高さが互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第4カラーフィルタ層は少なくとも2個の互いに異なる色のカラー層が積層されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 各画素の第4カラーフィルタ層のうち、少なくとも2個のカラーフィルタ層は、前記基板の一面に配置される第1カラー層及び前記第1カラー層の一側面と接するように配置される第2カラー層からなり、
各画素の第4カラーフィルタ層のうち、少なくとも一つのカラーフィルタ層は一つのカラー層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1カラー層、第2カラー層、及びカラー層の色相は互いに異なることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1カラー層と同一色相のカラー層の面積の和、前記第2カラー層と同一色相のカラー層面積の和、及び前記カラー層の面積の和は同一であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
