円筒状ゴム部材を成形するためにゴムが成形面に巻き付けられる成形ドラムと、
前記成形ドラムの内部に周方向に沿って配置された複数の回転ローラと、
前記回転ローラを前記成形ドラムの径方向に移動させるローラ移動装置と、
前記成形ドラム、前記回転ローラ、及び前記ローラ移動装置を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記複数の回転ローラを同一方向に回転させながら前記成形ドラムの成形面よりも径方向外側へ移動させることで、前記円筒状ゴム部材を周方向に回転させながら伸張させることを特徴とする円筒状ゴム部材の製造装置。
