Claims (13)
- 第1流体が第1の流れ方向(5)へ流れる第1管路系統(3)を形成する複数のパイプ(2)を有し、
上記パイプ(2)の間に、第1管路系統(3)から流体的に分離され、第2流体が第2の流れ方向(6)へ流れるように第2管路系統(4)が形成され、
第2管路系統(4)から流体的に分離された2つのコレクター(7)を有し、その少なくとも1つがコレクター(7)のコレクティングチャンバー(10)を区画するベース部(8)とボックス部(9)とを有し、コレクティングチャンバー(10)が上記パイプ(2)の少なくとも1つに接続され、
各ベース部(8)は、上記パイプ(2)が、対応するコレクティングチャンバー(10)が第2管路系統(4)から流体的に分離されるように接続される開口(11)を有し、
第2管路系統(4)の流体の限界設定のための、反対側に位置する2つのサイド部(12)を有し、該サイド部の間に上記パイプ(2)が配置され、
特に内燃機関(34)の間接給気冷却器である熱交換器(1)であって、
上記ベース部(8)の少なくとも1つが対応するサイド部(12)へ同一面で移行し、
少なくとも1つのボックス部(9)が少なくとも1つのサイド部(12)に対して第1接触面(14)で支持され、
ボックス部(9)とサイド部(12)が上記第1接触面(14)によって互いに密着接合され、
サイド部(12)の各外側エッジ(16)に、ベース部(8)の各外側エッジ(17)に、そしてボックス部(9)の各外側エッジ(18)に、不確実なロック及び/または密着形態である例えば圧入後にロウ付けすることにより接合される少なくとも1つのフレーム部(15)を有している
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1において、
少なくとも1つのサイド部(12)の少なくとも1つの外側エッジ(16)が、屈曲したラグ(23)を補強として有し、それによって上記サイド部(12)が上記フレーム部(15)に連結され、または、
上記熱交換器(1)は、上記サイド部(12)の各外側エッジ(16)に、上記ベース部(8)の各外側エッジ(17)に、及び上記ボックス部(9)の各外側エッジ(18)に、密着接合される少なくとも1つのフレーム部(15)を有する
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記フレーム部(15)が、上記サイド部(12)の各外側エッジ(16)に、上記ベース部(8)の各外側エッジ(17)に、そして上記ボックス部(9)の各外側エッジ(18)に、圧接結合により接続されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から3の何れか1つにおいて、
上記フレーム部(15)が、2つの縦方向サイド(19)と2つの横方向サイド(20)からなる閉じた四角形のフレームの形状であり、
各縦方向サイド(19)が、サイド部(12)の対応する外側エッジ(16)に接続され、各横方向サイド(20)が上記ベース部(8)とボックス部(9)の対応する外側エッジ(17)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から4の何れか1つにおいて、
上記フレーム部(15)が、第1レセプタクル(21)と該第1レセプタクルと反対側に開放された第2レセプタクル(22)とを有するS形の断面を有し、少なくとも1つのサイド部(12)、ベース部(8)またはボックス部(9)の外側エッジ(16)が第1レセプタクル(21)に支持されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つにおいて、
第2管路系統(4)には、少なくとも1つのパイプ(2)と熱交換するように接触する、特にフィン構造の熱交換エレメント(24)が配置され、及び/または、
特にフィン構造の熱交換エレメント(24)が、少なくとも1つの上記サイド部(12)と少なくとも1つの隣り合うパイプ(2)の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項6において、
少なくとも1つの熱交換エレメント(24)が少なくとも1つのパイプ(2)にロウ付けされている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項6または7において、
少なくとも1つの熱交換エレメント(24)が、第2管路系統(4)のエッジにフリーバイパス部(25)が形成されるように、少なくとも1つのベース部(8)から離れて配置され、
上記フレーム部(15)が、上記フリーバイパス部(25)を通る第2流体のバイパス流れを少なくするために、上記フリーバイパス部(25)を少なくとも部分的にカバーする突出したカラー部(26)を有している
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1から8の何れか1つにおいて、
少なくとも1つのベース部(8)が直線状の第2接触面(13)により上記サイド部(12)に支持され、
上記直線状の第2接触面(13)が上記サイド部のラグ(32)により形成され、該ラグが上記ベースの凹部(31)に係合し、
上記凹部(31)が2つの側方突起(33)を有し、その間で上記ラグ(32)が上記凹部(31)にクランプされている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 給気冷却器の形態の請求項1から9の何れか1つの熱交換器(1)を有する内燃機関(34)。
- 請求項10において、
上記熱交換器(1)のサイド部(12)がフレッシュエアー系統(35)の外壁を形成している
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項11において、
上記フレッシュエアー系統(35)が上記熱交換器(1)の上流側に配置された第1管路系統(27)と上記熱交換器の下流側に配置された第2管路系統(28)とを有し、上記熱交換器(1)が少なくとも1つの管路系統(27,28)に上記タイプのフレーム部(15)により機械的に及び流体的に接続されている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項12において、
上記第1または第2管路系統(27,28)は、外側エッジ(30)が上記熱交換器(1)のフレーム部(15)の第2レセプタクル(22)に受容されるディフューザー(29)を有する
ことを特徴とする内燃機関。
