Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る自動車の車載用太陽電池モジュール10は、車体12にルーフとして取り付けられるものである。車体12には、車載用太陽電池モジュール10を支持する部材として、車両幅方向両端部に設けられ車両前後方向に延在する一対のルーフサイドレール14A、14Bを備えている。ルーフサイドレール14A、14Bは、フロントピラー16A、16B等と一体的に形成されているものである。
このように構成された車載用太陽電池モジュール10の作用について説明する。

なお、本実施形態では車載用太陽電池モジュール10の表面層30を一体的に成形したもので説明したが、図6に示すように、表面層30の周縁部30Bと徐変部30Cにおいて一般部30Aよりも板厚の厚い部分(下方部分46(図6、ハッチングの異なる部分))を二色成形で黒色部分として成形することが考えられる。

Claims (3)
- 発電素子が封止された封止層と、
前記封止層における前記発電素子の受光面側に接合され、樹脂の板材からなる表面層と、
前記封止層における前記発電素子の受光面側と反対側に接合され、樹脂の板材からなる背面層と、
を有し、前記表面層の延在方向において、前記背面層の端部は前記表面層の端部よりも内側に位置すると共に、
前記表面層における、前記表面層と前記封止層の積層方向から視て少なくとも前記発電素子を覆う一般部よりも外側の端部側に形成され、前記一般部と比較して板厚が厚く、かつ先端が車体に固定される周縁部を備えている、車載用太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記表面層の前記一般部と前記周縁部とは一部材で形成され、前記周縁部と一般部との間には前記一般部から前記周縁部に向けて板厚が徐変する徐変部が形成された請求項1記載の車載用太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記背面層には、前記延在方向の外側端部側に前記表面層側へ突出した凸部が形成されており、前記凸部の形成位置は前記延在方向において前記表面層の周縁部が車体に固定される位置よりも内側である請求項1又は2記載の車載用太陽電池モジュール。
