Abstract

Claims (11)
- ガスタービン(10)の燃料供給システム(22)のための流体接続部での漏洩を検出する方法であって、
燃料供給システム(22)への燃料流を遮断するステップと、
圧縮媒体供給装置(50)を介して圧縮媒体(64)を用いて前記燃料供給システム(22)を目標圧力まで加圧するステップと、
を含み、
前記目標圧力が、前記圧縮媒体供給装置(50)から下流側で且つ前記ガスタービン(10)の対応する燃焼器(24)から上流側に配置されたチェックバルブ(58)の閾圧力よりも小さく、
前記方法が更に、
前記チェックバルブ(58)と前記燃焼器(24)との間で前記燃料供給システム(22)の少なくとも1つの管継手(60)に近接した超音波検出装置(66)の受信部(68)を狙うステップを含み、
前記管継手(60)での音レベルの増大又はポッピング音の検出が、前記管継手(60)での漏洩を表す、方法。 - 前記燃料供給システム(22)が、約40psigから約90psigの範囲内にある目標圧力まで、前記圧縮媒体(64)を用いて加圧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料供給システム(22)が、前記圧縮媒体(64)を用いて50psigである目標圧力まで加圧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料供給システム(22)が、前記圧縮媒体(64)を用いて80psigである目標圧力まで加圧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾圧力が、約100psig〜約130psigの範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾圧力が100psigである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾圧力が120psigである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加圧後に圧力センサ(44)を介して前記燃料供給システム(22)からの圧力の減少を監視するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又はそれ以上の管継手(60)に空気漏洩検出液を塗布するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
