Claims (8)
- 発光体からの光の放射束を測定するための分光放射束測定装置であって、
前記発光体からの光を反射する内周面を有する積分球と、
前記積分球内の光が該内周面で反射された反射光を受光するための受光部と
を備え、
前記積分球の内周面に、多孔質の無機材料を含む分光放射束測定装置。 - 前記多孔質の無機材料は膜状である請求項1に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記多孔質の無機材料はブロック体から成形した形成体である請求項1又は2に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記多孔質の無機材料の反射率が、90%以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記発光体が発光ダイオードである請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記発光体からの光が紫外光成分を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記多孔質はシリカである請求項1〜6のいずれか一に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
- 前記シリカの厚さが5mm以上である請求項7に記載の分光放射束測定装置。
