Abstract
【解決手段】ガス供給装置(10)は、液化ガスを貯留する貯蔵容器(20)と、貯蔵容器(20)から導出された液化ガスを気化させる気化器(22)と、気化器(22)で液化ガスから気化したガスを圧縮する圧縮装置(24)と、圧縮装置(24)で圧縮されたガスを貯留する蓄圧器(26)と、蓄圧器(26)からディスペンサ(12)に繋がる供給路(16e)と、を備えている。

Claims (13)
- 液化ガスを貯留する貯蔵容器と、
前記貯蔵容器から導出された液化ガスを気化させる気化器と、
前記気化器で前記液化ガスから気化したガスを圧縮する圧縮装置と、
前記圧縮装置で圧縮されたガスを貯留する蓄圧器と、
前記蓄圧器からディスペンサに繋がる供給路と、を備えているガス供給装置。 - 前記ディスペンサ内を流れるガスを冷却する熱交換器と前記気化器との間で熱媒体が循環する冷却回路を備えている請求項1に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記冷却回路には、熱媒体の循環方向における前記気化器の下流側の部位に、熱媒体を一時的に貯留する熱媒体タンクが設けられている請求項2に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記冷却回路には、前記気化器と並列になるように冷凍機が接続されている請求項2又は3に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記気化器で気化したガスを排出する排出路が設けられている請求項2又は3に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器には、前記貯蔵容器内のガスを前記圧縮装置に導くガス側流入路が接続している請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記圧縮装置は、ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を迂回する迂回路と、を備えている請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のガス供給装置。
- 前記圧縮装置は、第1圧縮部と、前記第1圧縮部の次段の圧縮部である第2圧縮部とが含まれる複数の圧縮部を備えており、
前記ガス供給装置は、
クーラが設けられた冷却用流路と、
前記クーラをバイパスするバイパス流路と、
前記第1圧縮部と前記第2圧縮部との接続を、前記冷却用流路と前記バイパス流路との間で切り換える切り換え機構と、を備えている請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のガス供給装置。 - ディスペンサにガスを供給するガス供給方法であって、
貯蔵容器に貯留された液化ガスを、該貯蔵容器から流出させ、
前記貯蔵容器から流出した液化ガスを気化器において気化させ、
前記気化器において気化したガスを圧縮装置で圧縮し、
前記圧縮装置で圧縮されたガスを蓄圧器を介して又は直接的にディスペンサに供給するガス供給方法。 - 前記ディスペンサに設けられた熱交換器において前記ガスを冷却した熱媒体を前記気化器に導入し、前記気化器において、前記液化ガスを気化させる請求項9に記載のガス供給方法。
- 前記圧縮装置に吸入されるガスの温度が予め定められた温度よりも高温になったことが検出されると、前記圧縮装置内において、圧縮部から吐出されたガスがクーラをバイパスするように切り換え機構を切り換える請求項9又は10に記載のガス供給方法。
- 前記熱媒体が循環する冷却回路において、熱媒体の温度が予め設定された温度よりも高温になったことが検出されると、前記熱媒体を冷凍機によって冷却する請求項9から11の何れか1項に記載のガス供給方法。
- 前記気化器で気化したガスの少なくとも一部を排出路から排出する請求項9から12の何れか1項に記載のガス供給方法。
