Claims (12)
- 内部回転子を有する電気モータのための固定子システム(1)であって、前記固定子システム(1)は固定子巻線(2)と前記固定子巻線(2)を半径方向に囲む金属外部帰還路(3)とを備え、前記固定子巻線(2)は空芯中空円筒状巻線(3)として設計され、前記外部帰還路(3)内に挿入され、前記外部帰還路(3)は前記固定子システム(1)を一緒に保持する保持構造で囲まれ、前記保持構造は、外部帰還路(3)がいくつかの領域で前記保持構造によって覆われないで露出するように、前記外部帰還路(3)にプラスチックでかご(4)の形に射出成形されている、固定子システム(1)。
- 前記かご(4)は前記外部帰還路(3)の軸方向に延在するいくつかの横棒(5)を備える、請求項1記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記横棒(5)は前記外部帰還路(3)の外周に軸方向に延在する凹部内に射出成形される、請求項2記載の固定子システム(1)
- 前記横棒(5)は前記外周の輪郭に同一平面で嵌合される、請求項3記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記外部帰還路(3)は基本的に方形断面を有し、前記凹部は前記方形断面の隅部に溝(6)の形で位置する、請求項3又は4記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記かご(4)は前記内部回転子を前記固定子システム(1)の軸方向の各端で前記内部回転子を取り付けるためのベアリング受け部(7,8)を有する、請求項1−5の何れかに記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記外部帰還路(3)はパンチ積層された軟磁性シートの積層体である、請求項1−6の何れかに記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記外部帰還路(3)の前記露出領域は、前記かごとともに前記固定子システム(1)のなめらかな外表面が形成されるようにラッカー処理されている、請求項1−7の何れかに記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記プラスチックはポリフェタルアミドである、請求項1−8の何れかに記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記固定子システム(1)は更に前記固定子巻線(2)を支持する巻線支持体(10)を備え、前記巻線支持体(10)は前記外部帰還路(3)の軸方向端に配置され且つ前記外部帰還路(3)の外周の前記軸方向に延在する凹部内に挿入されるいくつかの突部(11)を備え、前記かご(4)が前記外部帰還路(3)と前記巻線支持体(10)からなる単位を取り囲む、請求項1−9の何れかに記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 前記固定子システム(1)は更に前記巻線支持体(10)にピン止めされる接続接点(13)を備え、前記固定子巻線(2)の巻線タップ(14)が前記接続接点(13)と電気的に接続される、請求項10記載の固定子システム(1)。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の固定子システムを製造する方法であって、前記固定子巻線(2)を最初に前記外部帰還路(3)内に挿入し、次に前記巻線支持体(10)を、その突部(11)が前記外部帰還路(3)の外周の軸方向延在凹部に係合するように、前記外部帰還路上に設置し、次に前記保持構造を前記外部帰還路(3)と前記巻線支持体(10)からなる単位にプラスチックでかご(4)の形に射出成形する方法。
