Claims (4)
- ジオポリマ液と活性フィラーとが原料として用いられたジオポリマ固化体であって、
前記活性フィラーは、下水汚泥焼却灰を含み、
前記活性フィラーにおける下水汚泥焼却灰の割合が30質量%以下である
ことを特徴とするジオポリマ固化体。 - ジオポリマ液と活性フィラーとが原料として用いられたジオポリマ固化体であって、
前記活性フィラーは、アルカリ処理した下水汚泥焼却灰を含み、
前記活性フィラーにおけるアルカリ処理した下水汚泥焼却灰の割合が70質量%以下である
ことを特徴とするジオポリマ固化体。 - ジオポリマ液と、下水汚泥焼却灰を30質量%以下の割合で含む活性フィラーとを混合し反応させて未固化のジオポリマ組成物を生成し、
この未固化のジオポリマ組成物を養生して固化する
ことを特徴とするジオポリマ固化体の製造方法。 - 下水汚泥焼却灰をアルカリ処理し、
ジオポリマ液と、前記アルカリ処理後の下水汚泥焼却灰を70質量%以下の割合で含む活性フィラーとを混合し反応させて未固化のジオポリマ組成物を生成し、
この未固化のジオポリマ組成物を養生して固化する
ことを特徴とするジオポリマ固化体の製造方法。
