Claims (5)
- LAS系の結晶性ガラスで構成されている平板状のガラス基材に、アルカリ金属酸化物を成分として含むガラス粉末と、顔料とを有するペーストを印刷する印刷工程と、前記ペーストが印刷された前記ガラス基材に、加熱によって曲げ加工を行なう曲げ工程と、前記結晶性ガラスを加熱によって結晶化させる結晶化工程とを備えたガラス曲板の製造方法において、
前記印刷工程の後で、前記曲げ工程及び前記結晶化工程の前に、前記ガラス基材に印刷された前記ペーストを、前記ガラス粉末の軟化点+20℃以上の温度、且つ、前記結晶化工程の最高の加熱温度より低い温度で加熱する仮焼成工程を備えることを特徴とするガラス曲板の製造方法。 - 前記仮焼成工程の加熱温度が、700℃〜760℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス曲板の製造方法。
- 前記結晶性ガラスは、組成として質量%で、SiO2 55〜75%、Al2O3 20.5〜27%、Li2O 2%以上、TiO2 1.5〜3%、TiO2+ZrO2 3.8〜5%、SnO2 0.1〜0.5%、V2O5 0〜1%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス曲板の製造方法。
- 前記顔料が、Co系の黒色顔料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のガラス曲板の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス粉末が、B2O3−SiO2系ガラスで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のガラス曲板の製造方法。
