Abstract
【解決手段】ベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾオキサゾール、またはベンズイミダゾール基のうちの1つを含有する、好ましくはベンゾチアゾール基を含有する、1つ以上のカルボン酸化合物と、1つ以上の疎水性スルホン酸触媒と、1つ以上の顔料、増量剤、または充填剤と、1つ以上のa)アルキドポリオールまたはアクリルポリオールに由来するポリカーバメートと、1つ以上のb)第2の構成成分としてのポリアルデヒドまたはそれらのアセタールもしくはヘミアセタールと、を含む。
【効果】この多構成成分組成物は、0℃〜80℃未満の温度で急速に硬化して、改善された耐湿性及び耐食性を有する架橋ポリウレタンコーティングを形成する。

Description
CEW=(OHEWポリオール+(43×カーバメート転換))÷カーバメート転換、式中、カーバメート転換は、以下の等式を使用して概算される。
カーバメート転換=(OH#ポリオール−OH#ポリカーバメート)÷OH#ポリオール。
第1の段階:アルコール分解。5Lの3つ口丸底フラスコに、ヒマワリ油(1388.9g)を添加した。ガラス撹拌棒及びパドルをフラスコの中央ジョイント内に定置した。フラスコを頭上攪拌しながら格子に取り付け、室温の油浴槽を上昇させて、フラスコを沈めた。浴槽の設定点は、220℃であり、加熱及び撹拌を開始した。撹拌した油へ、ペンタエリスリトール(713.6g)及びジブチル錫触媒(総反応器充填に対して1200ppm)を添加した。すべての反応物質を添加した後、95℃の設定点を有するパック冷却器を側ジョイントのうちの1つに取り付け、上部にホースアダプタを取り付け、それをバブラーに接続した。もう一方の側口には、第2のホースアダプタを取り付け、窒素注入口を接続した。低速窒素スイープをシステム上に定置し、バブラー中で観察した。反応混合物を加熱させて、高転換を確実にするために一晩混合した。この段階は、ヒマワリ油の「モノグリセリド」が達成されたときに完了し、これは、反応器の内容物がメタノール3部に対して樹脂1部でメタノール中に均質に分解されたことを意味する。
研磨までの時間:研磨可能性を、手動での研磨を使用して、320グリットの紙やすりにプライマーがこびりつかず、材料が紙やすりから容易に振り落とされるときに到達される時間によって決定した。許容可能な結果は、1時間未満の研磨能力であろう。実施例1及び比較例1の研磨結果が、表1に示される。
Claims (10)
- 金属直接コーティングに有用な、実質的にイソシアネートを含まない、周囲温度から低温の焼付け温度(80℃未満)で硬化性である多構成成分プライマー組成物であって、1つ以上の顔料、増量剤、及び/または充填剤と、金属カチオンを含有する1つ以上のイオン交換非晶質シリカと、ベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾオキサゾール、またはベンズイミダゾール基のうちの1つを含有する1つ以上のカルボン酸化合物と、1つ以上の疎水性スルホン酸触媒と、1つ以上のa)アルキドポリオール、アクリルポリオール、またはそれらの混合物のポリカーバメートと、1つ以上のb)前記1つ以上のポリカーバメートとは別個の構成成分中のポリアルデヒドまたはそのアセタールもしくはヘミアセタールと、を含む、前記多構成成分プライマー組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のイオン交換非晶質シリカは、二価または三価金属カチオンを含有する、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のイオン交換非晶質シリカは、前記二価または三価金属カチオンとしてカルシウムまたは亜鉛を含有する、請求項2に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のイオン交換非晶質シリカの総量は、前記組成物の総固体重量に基づいて、2.5〜12.5重量%の範囲である、請求項3に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のカルボン酸化合物は、ベンゾチアゾール基を含有する、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のカルボン酸化合物は、ベンゾチアゾール基を含有し、ジカルボン酸化合物である、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の疎水性スルホン酸触媒は、25℃で40重量%未満の、水への溶解度を有する、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の疎水性スルホン酸触媒の総量は、前記組成物の総固体重量に基づいて、0.01〜10重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 1つ以上のエポキシシランをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
- 15〜60の顔料体積濃度(%PVC)を有する、請求項1に記載の前記多構成成分組成物。
