Abstract
【解決手段】腐食性液体を扱うために用いられるPFAライナーを用いた金属ポンプケーシング4は、PFAライナーを用いた吸込みケーシング41と、PFAライナーを用いた、インペラを収容するための渦巻きケーシング42と、を含む。渦巻きケーシング42は、その液体を集めた後、放出によって排出する。PFAライナーを用いた吸込みケーシング41とPFAライナーを用いた渦巻きケーシング42は、射出成形プロセスによって2つのワークピースとして別々に形成された後、PFAライナーに印加された残留応力を低減するようにポンプケーシング4を形成するために組み付けられる。

Claims (3)
- ポリフルオロアルコキシ(PFA)ライナーを用いたポンプケーシングの構造改良物であって、前記PFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングは別々に形成される吸込みケーシングおよび渦巻きケーシングを備え、前記吸込みケーシングの吸込みPFAライナーおよび前記渦巻きケーシングの渦巻きPFAライナーはともに射出成形によって形成され、前記吸込みケーシングおよび前記渦巻きケーシングは、前記吸込みPFAライナーと前記渦巻きPFAライナーとの間の引張応力をなくすように射出成形によって別々に形成され、および射出成形によって大きな単一のポンプケーシングのライナーを製造することに関する欠陥率を低減する、PFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングの構造改良物であって、
前記吸込みケーシングは、吸込みフランジと、軸支持体と、吸込み流路と、吸込みPFAライナーとを備え、前記吸込みフランジと、前記軸支持体と、前記吸込み流路は一体形成され、
前記渦巻きケーシングは、渦巻き流路と、排出流路と、排出フランジと、前記渦巻きPFAライナーとを備え、および
前記吸込みケーシングは、前記PFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングを形成するように互いに接続された前記吸込みケーシングの金属取付面および前記渦巻きケーシングの金属取付面によって前記渦巻きケーシングに組み付けられ、前記軸支持体は、剛性を向上させるように前記吸込みフランジおよび前記吸込み流路と一体形成され、スラストリングシートが、前記吸込みケーシングおよび前記渦巻きケーシングの接続領域に形成される、PFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングの構造改良物。 - 前記軸支持体および前記吸込み流路は、鋳鉄またはステンレス鋼で形成される、請求項1に記載のPFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングの構造改良物。
- 前記吸込みケーシングは、前記渦巻きケーシングにねじで組み付けられる、請求項1に記載のPFAライナーを用いたポンプケーシングの構造改良物。
