Abstract
Description
以下、燃料供給部200、電磁駆動部400及びノズル部300の構成について、詳細に説明する。
次に本実施例における燃料噴射装置100の動作及び本実施例の特徴について説明する。主に電磁駆動部400の拡大図である図2と可動部の動作を説明した図3を用いて説明する。
コイル402に通電されていない閉弁状態では、プランジャロッド102を閉弁方向に付勢する第1ばね部材405と、第2ばね部材407との付勢力から第3のばね部材406の付勢力を引いた力により、プランジャロッド102が弁座301aに当接して閉弁している。この状態を閉弁静止状態という。このとき、可動鉄心404は中間部材414の外周側段差部414bと当接し閉弁位置に配置されている。なお、本実施例の燃料噴射装置の閉弁状態において、開弁動作に関わる、可動部品に関係する隙間は下記のように構成されている。
コイル402への通電後(P1)、固定鉄心401、コイル402及びハウジング403によって構成された電磁石により起磁力が発生する。この起磁力により、コイル402を囲むように構成された固定鉄心401、ハウジング403、ノズル体の太径部300d、可動鉄心404によって構成される磁路を周回する磁束が流れる。このとき、可動鉄心404の上端面404cと固定鉄心401の下端面401gとの間に磁気吸引力が作用し、可動鉄心404と中間部材414が固定鉄心401に向けて変位する。その後、可動鉄心404は、プランジャロッドの太径部下面102cに当接するまでg1だけ変位する(404D1)。なお、この際、プランジャロッド102は動かない(102D1)。
本実施例において、可動鉄心404とプランジャロッド102にばね力を発生させる第3のばね406の下方に中間部材414があり、可動鉄心404の凹部の面404b’とプランジャロッド102の太径部の上面102bに当接して配置されている。そのため、可動鉄心404、プランジャロッド102、中間部材414が開弁動作をし、タイミングt2において、可動鉄心404と固定鉄心401が衝突した際に、可動鉄心404は下方向へ運動するが、中間部材414及びプランジャロッド102は上方向へ運動を続ける。

Claims (8)
- 弁座と当接、離間して燃料を封止する弁体と、弁体と離間可能な可動鉄心と、前記可動鉄心と対向して配置される固定鉄心と、を備えた電磁弁において、
前記弁体を前記弁座の側に向かって付勢する第1ばね部材と、
前記可動鉄心を前記固定鉄心に向かって付勢する第2ばね部材と、
前記可動鉄心に対して前記弁座の側に配置され、閉弁状態において前記可動鉄心と変位方向に隙間を介して配置されるストッパ部と、を備え、
前記隙間は、前記弁体の開弁後に、前記可動鉄心が閉弁方向に変位する際に、前記ストッパ部に衝突するように設定されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 閉弁状態において弁体と軸方向に予備ストローク隙間を介して配置され、開弁方向に移動することで前記弁体と軸方向に接触する可動鉄心と 、
前記可動鉄心に対して弁座の側に配置され、閉弁状態において前記可動鉄心と軸方向に隙間を介して配置されるストッパ部と、を備えた電磁弁。 - 請求項2に記載の電磁弁において、
前記隙間は、開弁後に前記可動鉄心が閉弁方向に戻る際に前記ストッパ部に衝突するように設定されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
閉弁状態において、前記弁体と前記可動鉄心との間には変位方向の予備ストローク隙間が形成されたことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電磁弁において、
前記ストッパ部における前記可動鉄心と対向する対向面の面積は、前記可動鉄心の水平方向における面積の25から60%であることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記隙間をg3、前記弁座の側への方向を正として可動部材へ作用する付勢力の合計をF、前記第2ばね部材の上方付勢力をFzsp、前記可動部材の質量の合計をM、前記可動鉄心の質量をma、閉弁状態における前記可動鉄心と前記固定鉄心の変位方向の隙間をg2、閉弁状態における前記弁体と前記可動鉄心の変位方向の隙間をg1とした場合に、
g3 < F/M * ma/Fzsp * (g2-g1) - g1 ・・・(1) となることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記ストッパ部は前記固定鉄心と接合され前記可動鉄心や前記弁体を内包するノズルホルダと一体で外周方向から内周方向に向かって形成されることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記ストッパ部は前記弁体と一体で内周方向から外周方向に向かって形成されることを特徴とする電磁弁。
