Claims (9)
- 磁化可能な物質からなる少なくとも1つの壁(3)により定められ、前記壁が弁座(7)を形成する内部チャンバ(5)と、前記磁化可能な壁(3)の内部を通る磁束と共に磁気回路を生成する磁石装置(19)と、前記内部チャンバ(5)内で可動である少なくとも1つの弁体(13)とを備え、前記磁化可能な壁(3)に、前記内部チャンバの周囲に延び、前記磁化可能な壁(3)と比較して小さな磁気伝導性を有する少なくとも1つの介在要素が配置されており、前記介在要素は、前記磁化可能な壁(3)の突出部(3d)へ延びる第1凹部(21a)を備える、磁気的に作動可能なバルブ装置(1)において、
前記弁体(13)の対向する両側、かつ前記第1凹部(21a)よりオフセットした位置に、磁化可能な物質からなる2つの案内要素(23)が前記内部チャンバ(5)に配置されており、
前記案内要素(23)は、弁体(13)を案内し、
前記案内要素(23)は、前記壁(3)と共に前記磁気回路を形成し、
前記磁束は、前記壁(3)、前記弁体(13)及び前記案内要素(23)を通り抜ける
ことを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 前記案内要素(23)は、前記内部チャンバ(5)の中にテーパを生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記案内要素(23)は、前記磁化可能な壁(3)へ挿入される磁化可能な挿入部(22)により形成されており、
前記挿入部(22)は、前記介在要素(21)の第2凹部(21b)へ延びる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記案内要素(23)は、前記介在要素(21)と平行に軸方向に延びる舌状部材により形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記突出部(3d)及び前記案内要素(23)は、前記磁化可能な壁(3)とは反対側に軸方向に延びる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1つに記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記案内要素(23)は、前記弁座(7)から前記内部チャンバ(5)へ軸方向に延びる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1つに記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記弁座(7)は、前記バルブの中心軸(25)からオフセットした位置に弁開口部(9)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1つに記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの弁体(13)は、球体形状又は樽形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1つに記載のバルブ装置。 - 3つの弁体(13)、弁座(7)に設けた3つの弁開口部(9)、各突出部(3d)により前記壁(3)まで延びる前記介在要素の3つの第1凹部(21a)、及び、3つの第1凹部(21a)からオフセットした位置に配置される3つの案内要素(23)を備え、2つの案内要素(23)が、前記弁体(13)のうちの1つを夫々側方から囲み、案内することを請求項1から請求項8に記載のバルブ装置。
