Abstract
Description
本発明は、電磁動作スイッチ装置およびこのような装置の作動方法に関し、特に、これらの装置の磁気構造の改善に関する。また、本発明は、密閉された高速流スイッチ装置を提供することを目的とする。
(本願出願人によって出願された)EP−A−1303719には、図1に示された形態の電磁動作装置が記載されている。
2つの安定静止位置の間で変位する磁化可能な可動部を含む電機子と、
電機子の両側に配置された2つの磁極片とを備え、前記磁極片は、電機子に隣接する、異極性を有する磁極を形成し、電機子はその安定静止位置各々において対応の磁極片に磁気的に引付けられ、さらに、
通電されると、電機子の可動部を磁化するように配置されたコイルを備え、コイルに通電することにより、電機子の可動部が一方の安定静止位置から他方の安定静止位置に変位して隣接する磁極片と異なる磁極性に磁化され、
各磁極片は、電機子の可動部の両側に配置された永久磁石を含む。
添付の概略図を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態を例示として説明する。
注意すべきのは、図面は、概略的であり、一定の縮尺で描かれてない。また、図面の明瞭性および利便性のために、これらの図面の相対的寸法および比率は、大きさを拡大または縮小して示されている。変形例および異なる実施形態における、対応するまたは同様の特徴については、一般的に同一符号を付す。
Claims (13)
- 電磁動作装置であって、
2つの安定静止位置の間で変位する磁化可能な可動部を含む電機子と、
電機子の両側に配置された2つの磁極片とを備え、前記磁極片は、電機子に隣接する、異極性を有する磁極を形成し、電機子はその安定静止位置各々において対応の磁極片に磁気的に引付けられ、さらに、
通電されると、電機子の可動部を磁化するように配置されたコイルを備え、コイルに通電することにより、電機子の可動部が一方の安定静止位置から他方の安定静止位置に変位して隣接する磁極片と異なる磁極性に磁化され、
各磁極片は、電機子の可動部の両側に配置された永久磁石を含む、電磁動作装置。 - 電機子は、可動部の移動を促進するために可撓性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 可動部は、安定静止位置の間の場所に向かって弾性的に付勢される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記場所は、他方の磁極片よりも一方の磁極片に近い、請求項3に記載の装置。
- コイルの軸に対して永久磁石とコイルとの周りで周方向に延在する磁束容器を備え、電機子の可動部が各安定静止位置に位置するとき、前記電機子と前記容器と磁極片とを含む磁気回路が形成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置は第1および第2流体ポートを画定し、電機子の可動部が各安定静止位置に位置するとき、対応するポートを閉塞する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1および第2流体ポートは各々、それぞれの磁極片により画定された流体経路に流体連通している、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、第3流体ポートを画定し、第1および第2流体ポートのうち一方の流体ポートが閉塞されるときに、第3流体ポートと第1および第2流体ポートのうち他方の流体ポートとの間に流体経路を画定する、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 電機子の可動部の少なくとも一部は、コイル内に延在する、請求港1に記載の装置。
- 電機子の可動部は、フレキシブル連結によって支持体に回動可能に連結され、
電機子の可動部は、連結部に隣接する支持体の上で横方向に延在して、電機子と支持体との間の磁束鎖交のための追加表面積を与える、前記請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 電機子は支持体の中に延在し、電機子自体がフレキシブル連結を形成する、請求項2に従属する請求項10に記載の装置。
- コイルは磁気コアを有し、支持体は前記コアによって与えられる、請求項10または11記載の装置。
- 添付図面を参照して本明細書に実質的に記載される電磁動作装置。
