前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)が、前記主軸台(104)の第1の部分(133)に動的に接触するように、及び第1の方向に前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内で再び円運動するように配設された、第1の組の軸受要素(166)を含む第1のレース(162)と、前記主軸台(104)の第2の部分(125)に動的に接触するように、及び前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)に加えられた荷重の分配を促進するよう前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内で再び円運動するように配設された、第2の組の軸受要素(168)を含む第2のレース(164)と、を含むことを特徴とする、回転機械加工デバイス(100)。 - 前記第1の軸受要素(166)が、前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)の内径側上で前記主軸台(104)の前記第1の部分(133)に動的に接触し、前記第2の軸受要素(168)が、前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)の外径側上で前記主軸台(104)の前記第2の部分(125)に動的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記回転機械加工(100)デバイス。
- 前記被加工物上の確認跡の可能性を低減するように、前記第1の軸受要素(166)が、第1の速度で前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内で再び円運動し、前記第2の軸受要素(168)が、前記第1の速度とは異なる第2の速度で前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内で再び円運動することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。

- 前記第1のレース(162)の上部側(198)に取り外し可能に取り付けられた保持器カバー(172)を更に備えることを特徴とし、前記保持器カバー(172)が、前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)が前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)の分割線(108)に沿って直径方向に分割されるときに、前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内に前記第1の軸受要素(166)及び前記第2の軸受要素(168)を少なくとも部分的に保持する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。
- 前記保持器カバー(172)が、前記第1のレース(162)の前記上部側(192)に取り付けられた上部壁(119)及び前記上部壁(119)から下向きに延出する外径壁(121)を含む、円弧部材を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の前記回転機械加工(100)。
- 前記第1のレース(162)または前記第2のレース(164)の端部表面に取り付けられた一対の軸受保持器端部蓋(170)を更に備えることを特徴とし、前記軸受保持器端部蓋(170)が、前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)が前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)の分割線(108)に沿って直径方向に分割されるときに、前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内に前記第1の軸受要素(166)及び前記第2の軸受要素(168)を少なくとも部分的に保持する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。
- 前記主軸台(104)が前記支持筐体(102)から取り外されるときに、前記保持器カバー(172)及び前記軸受保持器端部蓋(170)が、前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)内に前記第1の軸受要素(166)及び前記第2の軸受要素(168)を保持することを特徴とする、請求項6及び7に記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)が、前記主軸台(104)の第1の半部(154)内に実質的に収まる円弧形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。
- 前記支持筐体(102)を通って延出すると共に、前記支持筐体(102)によって前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)に及ぼされる圧力量を調整するように前記少なくとも1つの軸受アセンブリ(158)を前記支持筐体(102)の中に選択的に引き戻すように配設された、複数のボルト部材(184A)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。

- 前記第2のレース(164)を通って延出すると共に、前記第1のレース(162)と前記第2のレース(164)との間の空間的関係を調整するように配設された1つ以上の組のねじ(184)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の前記回転機械加工デバイス(100)。
