Claims (6)
- 貫流式蒸気発生器、特に強制流式蒸気発生器であって、
矩形状横断面の燃焼室(1)を有し、
前記燃焼室の燃焼室壁が、当該貫流式蒸気発生器のほぼ垂直に配置された蒸発管を備え、
前記蒸発管が、管ウェブを介して気密態様で互いに接続されており、底部から頂部まで流動媒体によって貫流されており、
前記燃焼室壁の前記蒸発管が、当該蒸発管の加熱度合いにしたがって、上流側に配置された入口ヘッダによって組み合わされており、より加熱される管群(10)と、あまり加熱されない管群(11)と、を形成し、
前記入口ヘッダそれぞれには、給水供給(20、S1、S2、S3、S4)と、前記蒸発管内にある前記流動媒体の質量流量を制御下で絞るために前記給水供給(20、S1、S2、S3、S4)の領域に設けられた少なくとも1つの制御弁(R、R1、R2、R3、R4)と、が割り当てられており、
前記蒸発管からの前記流動媒体の出口温度を測定するための温度測定手段が、出口ヘッダの領域に設けられており、
前記出口ヘッダが、少なくとも1つの前記制御弁(R、R1、R2、R3、R4)のために可変な制御を決定するために、下流側に配置されており、
より加熱される前記管群(10)とあまり加熱されない前記管群(11)とのそれぞれには、各場合において、1つの前記入口ヘッダ及び出口ヘッダが割り当てられており、
前記出口ヘッダそれぞれが、1つの前記温度測定手段を有することを特徴とする貫流式蒸気発生器。 - あまり加熱されない前記管群(11)が、ほぼ矩形状の前記燃焼室(1)の角壁領域(E1、E2、E3、E4)であり、
4つの前記角壁領域(E1、E2、E3、E4)それぞれが、各場合において1つの前記制御弁(R1、R2、R3、R4)を有する専用の給水供給ライン(S1、S2、S3、S4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貫流式蒸気発生器。 - より加熱される前記管群(10)が、ほぼ矩形状の前記燃焼室(1)の中間壁領域(M1、M2、M3、M4)であり、
4つの前記中間壁領域(M1、M2、M3、M4)それぞれが、各場合において1つの前記制御弁を有する専用の給水供給ラインを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の貫流式蒸気発生器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の貫流式蒸気発生器を動作させるための方法であって、
あまり加熱されない前記管群(11)の前記給水供給(20、S1、S2、S3、S4)が、少なくとも1つの前記制御弁(R、R1、R2、R3、R4)を絞ることによって、より加熱される前記管群(10)の出口温度をあまり加熱されない前記管群(11)の出口温度と均一化するような範囲まで減少されることを特徴とする方法。 - より加熱される前記管群(10)の給水供給が、少なくとも1つの前記制御弁を絞ることによって、より加熱される前記管群(10)の出口温度をあまり加熱されない前記管群(11)の出口温度と均一化するような範囲まで減少されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記出口温度の均一化が、より加熱される管群(10)とあまり加熱されない管群(11)との間で設立されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。
