Description
Claims (12)
- 子宮筋腫の電気手術アブレーションシステムであって、
(i)組織を突き通すように構成された鋭利な遠位ティップ(204)と、(ii)中空内部と、(iii)前記遠位ティップ(204)に近接した側面を向いた出口(220)と、(iv)前記出口(220)に近接するガイド部材を有するカテーテル(200)であって、前記ガイド部材の少なくとも一部は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に配置されている、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に移動可能に配置されたフレキシブルなプローブ(300)であって、前記カテーテル(200)の前記出口(220)が子宮筋腫(50)の近くに置かれたとき、前記子宮筋腫(50)に進入するべく、前記出口(220)を通じて前記カテーテル(200)の外へ伸長可能な遠位端(304)を有し、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)は、フレキシブルであり、かつ、双極アブレーションを実行する少なくとも2つの電極(320、330)を有する、プローブと
を備え、
前記プローブ(300)が前記カテーテル(200)を通って進むとき、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)が、前記カテーテル(200)に対して予め定められた角度で前記出口(220)から進出するように、前記ガイド部材は前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)を偏向させる、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記プローブ(300)は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されるように、前記出口(220)を通じて回収可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記予め定められた角度は、略直角である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)が前記出口(220)を通じて進出するところで、前記ガイド部材は、前記予め定められた角度を調節可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイド部材は、枢動プレート(240)である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動プレート(240)は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイド部材は、前記プローブ(300)の遠位端(304)が前記出口(220)から進出するところで、角度をつける遠位端を有するブレース(250)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブレースは、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中で移動可能であり、前記ブレースの前記遠位端は、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)が前記出口(220)を通じて進出するところで、前記予め定められた角度を調節するべく、前記出口(220)を通じて前記カテーテル(200)の外側に伸長可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記ブレース(250)は、前記カテーテル(200)の中空内部の中に完全に収容されるよう、前記出口(220)を通じて回収可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記プローブ(300)の前記フレキシブルな遠位端(304)は、互いに移動可能に連係した複数のセグメントを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 子宮筋腫の電気手術アブレーションシステムであって、
(i)組織を突き通すように構成された鋭利な遠位ティップ(204)と、(ii)中空内部と、(iii)前記遠位ティップ(204)に近接した側面を向いた出口(220)と、(iv)前記出口(220)に近接するガイド部材とを有するカテーテル(200)であって、前記ガイド部材の少なくとも一部は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に配置されている、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に移動可能に配置されたフレキシブルなプローブ(300)であって、前記カテーテル(200)の前記出口(220)が子宮筋腫(50)の近くに置かれたとき、前記子宮筋腫(50)に進入するべく、前記出口(220)を通じて前記カテーテル(200)の外へ伸長可能な遠位端(304)を有し、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されるよう、前記出口(220)を通じて回収可能であり、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)はフレキシブルであり、かつ、双極アブレーションを実行する少なくとも2つの電極(320、330)を有する、プローブと
を備え、
前記プローブ(300)が前記カテーテル(200)を通って進むとき、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)が、前記カテーテル(200)に対して予め定められた角度で前記出口(220)から進出するように、前記ガイド部材は前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)を偏向させ、
前記ガイド部材は、前記プローブ(300)の前記遠位端(304)が前記出口(220)から進出するところで、前記予め定められた角度を調節可能である、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記カテーテル(200)の前記中空内部に完全に収容されるように、前記出口(220)を通じて回収可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
