Description
Claims (10)
- 子宮筋腫の電気手術アブレーションシステムであって、
(i)組織を突き通すように構成された鋭利な遠位ティップと、(ii)中空内部と、(iii)前記遠位ティップに近接した側面を向いた出口と、(iv)前記出口に近接するガイド部材を有するカテーテルであって、前記ガイド部材の少なくとも一部は、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に配置されている、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に移動可能に配置されたフレキシブルなプローブであって、前記カテーテルの前記出口が子宮筋腫の近くに置かれたとき、前記子宮筋腫に進入するべく、前記出口を通じて前記カテーテルの外へ伸長可能な遠位端を有し、前記プローブの前記遠位端は、フレキシブルであり、かつ、双極アブレーションを実行する少なくとも2つの電極を有する、プローブと
を備え、
前記プローブが前記カテーテルを通って進むとき、前記プローブの前記遠位端が、前記カテーテルに対して予め定められた角度で前記出口から進出するように、前記ガイド部材は前記プローブの前記遠位端を偏向させ、
前記ガイド部材は、前記出口に近接配置された枢動ポイントの回りに枢動し、かつ、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部を通じて伸長するリンク機構とリンクして、前記カテーテルの内部で移動可能に設置された平坦な枢動プレートであり、その結果、前記ガイド部材は、前記プローブの前記遠位端が前記出口を通じて進出するところで、前記予め定められた角度を調節可能である、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記プローブは、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されるように、前記出口を通じて回収可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記予め定められた角度は、略直角である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記枢動プレートは、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プローブは、前記遠位端の近傍において、外側フレキシブルチューブ、および、前記外側フレキシブルチューブ上で互いに分離され、かつ、互いに関して移動可能に連係した複数のセグメントを構成する少なくとも一対の電極を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 子宮筋腫の電気手術アブレーションシステムであって、
(i)組織を突き通すように構成された鋭利な遠位ティップと、(ii)中空内部と、(iii)前記遠位ティップに近接した側面を向いた出口と、(iv)前記出口に近接するガイド部材とを有するカテーテルであって、前記ガイド部材の少なくとも一部は、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に配置されている、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に移動可能に配置されたフレキシブルなプローブであって、前記カテーテルの前記出口が子宮筋腫の近くに置かれたとき、前記子宮筋腫に進入するべく、前記出口を通じて前記カテーテルの外へ伸長可能な遠位端を有し、前記プローブの前記遠位端は、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部の中に完全に収容されるよう、前記出口を通じて回収可能であり、前記プローブの前記遠位端はフレキシブルであり、かつ、双極アブレーションを実行する少なくとも2つの電極を有する、プローブと
を備え、
前記プローブが前記カテーテルを通って進むとき、前記プローブの前記遠位端が、前記カテーテルに対して予め定められた角度で前記出口から進出するように、前記ガイド部材は前記プローブの前記遠位端を偏向させ、
前記ガイド部材は、前記出口に近接配置された枢動ポイントの回りに枢動し、かつ、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部を通じて伸長するリンク機構とリンクして、前記カテーテルの内部で移動可能に設置された平坦な枢動プレートであり、その結果、前記ガイド部材は、前記プローブの前記遠位端が前記出口から進出するところで、前記予め定められた角度を調節可能である、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記カテーテルの前記中空内部に完全に収容されるように、前記出口を通じて回収可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記プローブは、前記遠位端の近傍において、外側フレキシブルチューブ、および、前記外側フレキシブルチューブ上で互いに分離され、かつ、互いに関して移動可能に連係した複数のセグメントを構成する少なくとも一対の電極を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、フレキシブルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、堅固である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
