Claims (10)
- 電気的に駆動するコンプレッサー(1)のコイル(12)を製造する方法であって、
コイル(12)の第1巻線(101)を製造する工程(100)、
前記コイル(12)の第2巻線(102)を製造する工程(200)、及び
外部からの力の作用によって前記第1巻線(101)と前記第2巻線(102)とを圧縮する工程(300)を含み、
前記工程(300)で第1巻線(101)と第2巻線(102)の電線の断面(111、112、111’、112’)が変形する、方法。 - 第1ステップで、前記第1巻線(101)は第1多重巻線と共に圧縮され、第2ステップで、前記第2巻線(102)は第2多重巻線と共に圧縮され、
特に前記コイル(12)の体積が5%〜30%、好ましくは10%〜20%ほど縮小される請求項1に記載の方法。 - コイル(12)の巻線(101、102)は、2つのツール部分(104、105)のほぼ平行な表面(106、107)の間に配置され、2つのツール部分(104、105)の表面(106、107)に平行な方向(Pa、Pb)に1つの、好ましくは2つのダイス(108、109)により圧縮される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ツール部分(104、105)の表面(106、107)は、コンプレッサー(1)の駆動のための電気機器(7)の固定子と回転子との間のエアギャップにコイル(12)の形状を合わせる湾曲部を有する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記コイルは、コイルの全ての巻線(101、102)の製造後、磁気的活性セクションで圧縮され、特にコイルの巻線ヘッド(25a、25b)も圧縮される請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電気的に駆動するコンプレッサー(1)のコイルであって、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるコイル。
- コンプレッサー(1)の電気駆動機のための固定子であって、請求項6に記載のコイルを含む固定子。
- 2つのコイルの隣接する電気的接続部によってデルタ回路に配置される3つのコイルを含み、前記2つのコイルは該電気的接続部との接触のための外部の電気的接続を許容するようにそれぞれ互いに結合されている請求項7に記載の固定子。
- 前記固定子のコイルは硬化流体、特にストーブエナメル又は接着剤によって互いに固定される請求項7又は請求項8に記載の固定子。
- 内燃機関用のコンプレッサー(1)であって、電気的に駆動され、請求項7、8、又は9のいずれか一項に記載の固定子を有する電気駆動機を含むコンプレッサー。
