Claims (10)
- a)5〜40重量部の低Tg(メタ)アクリレート溶質(コ)ポリマー成分(0℃以下のTgを有する)と、
b)低Tgモノマー(0℃以下のTgを有する)及び多官能性アクリレートを含む、60〜95重量部の低Tg溶媒モノマー成分((a)及び(b)の合計は100重量部である)と、
c)a)及びb)100重量部に対して、5〜100重量部の可塑剤と、を含み、
前記溶媒モノマー成分は、
d)60〜90重量部の低Tgモノマーと、
e)0〜5部の酸官能性モノマーと、
f)0〜5部の非酸官能性極性モノマーと、
g)10〜40部のマルチアクリレートと、を含み、
その合計は100重量部である、シロップポリマー組成物。 - 前記組成物は、a)及びb)100部に対して、10〜50部の可塑剤を含む、請求項1に記載のシロップポリマー組成物。
- 前記溶質コポリマーは、
a)95〜100重量部の低Tgモノマー単位と、
b)0〜5部の酸官能性モノマー単位と、
c)0〜5部の非酸官能性極性モノマーと、を含み、
h)その合計は100重量部である、請求項1に記載のシロップポリマー組成物。 - 前記溶質低Tgコポリマーは、1〜5重量部の非酸官能性極性モノマー単位を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシロップポリマー組成物。
- 前記溶媒モノマー成分は、1〜5重量部の酸官能性モノマー単位を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシロップポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化したシロップポリマー組成物を含む、接着剤。
- 低Tgモノマーと他の任意のモノマーとを部分重合して、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシロップポリマー組成物を生成する工程と、多官能性アクリレート架橋剤、任意の追加モノマー、及び可塑剤を添加する工程と、更に光重合する工程とを含む、接着剤を作製する方法。
- 基材と、その表面上の請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化した接着剤のコーティングと、を含む接着剤物品。
- 前記接着剤は、可視範囲において90%より大きい透過率を有する、請求項8に記載の接着剤。
- a)10〜40重量部の低Tg(メタ)アクリレート溶質(コ)ポリマー成分と、
b)60〜90重量部の架橋された低Tg溶媒コポリマー成分と、
c)a)及びb)に対して、5〜100重量部の可塑剤と、を含む、接着剤。
