Description
Claims (8)
- 照明装置を製造する方法であって、
複数の導電性ワイヤを並列に支持体に巻きつけるステップと、
各固体素子が、前記導電性ワイヤのうちの第1導電性ワイヤ及び前記導電性ワイヤのうちの第2導電性ワイヤに導電的に結合されるように、前記複数の導電性ワイヤに複数の固体素子を導電的に結合することによって、複数のグリッドノードを規定するステップと、
前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第1導電性ワイヤの一部及び前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第2導電性ワイヤの一部をポリマ部に埋め込むことによって、各グリッドノードにおいて機械的支持部材を形成するステップと、
前記機械的支持部材をさいの目に切るステップと、
結果として生じる構造を前記支持体からはずすステップとを有する方法。 - 前記機械的支持部材が、支持ボディを有し、前記形成するステップが、前記ポリマ部を用いて前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第1導電性ワイヤの前記一部及び前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第2導電性ワイヤの前記一部を前記支持ボディに固定するステップを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持ボディがメッシュ構造を有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記固定するステップが、前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第1導電性ワイヤの前記一部及び前記導電性ワイヤのうちの前記第2導電性ワイヤの前記一部を前記ポリマ部内に閉じ込めるステップを有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマ部が、複数の繊維又はワイヤで補強される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記埋め込むステップが、少なくとも前記複数のグリッドノードを前記ポリマ部内に閉じ込めるステップを有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも複数のグリッドノードを閉じ込めるステップが、前記導電性ワイヤの、グリッドノードを相互接続するセクションを、前記ポリマ部内に閉じ込めるステップを更に有する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマ部が、シリコーンをベースにしたエラストマなどのエラストマ、又はエポキシ樹脂などの樹脂を有する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
