Claims (18)
- 収束した起動側セクションの流出端部と発散した排出側セクションの流入端部との間にベンチュリギャップを形成した本体と、
前記ベンチュリギャップと流体連通した吸引ポートと、を具備した吸引器であって、
前記収束した起動側セクションは円形の起動側流入部を形成し、且つ楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部を形成し、前記発散した排出側セクションは、楕円形もしくは多角形の排出側流入部を形成していることを特徴とする吸引器。 - 前記発散した排出側セクションは、円形の排出側流出部をさらに形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記収束した起動側セクションは、前記円形の起動側流入部から前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部へと双曲線関数のように遷移した内部通路を形成し、前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部は、前記円形の起動側流入部の面積よりも小さい面積を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記吸引ポートは、前記収束した起動側セクションの流出端部の側部の周りに且つ前記発散した排出側セクションの流入端部の側部の周りに下向きに延びており、そのすべての側部の間に空洞を形成し、前記収束した起動側セクションの流出端部および前記発散した排出側セクションの流入端部の外部プロファイルは、それらの個々の内部形状に全体的に合致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記発散した排出側セクションの流入端部は、流体流れを前記楕円形もしくは多角形の排出側流入部へと導く、丸められた面取り部で終端となっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸引器。
- 前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部は、0から1以下の間の偏平率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部は、約2から約4の、短軸に対する長軸の比率を有し、前記楕円形もしくは多角形の排出側流入部は、起動側ピーク流量に対する前記排出側流入面積と前記起動側流出面積との差の比率((排出側流入面積−起動側流出面積)/起動側ピーク流量)に定数を乗じた数値だけオフセットされており、前記定数は0.28よりも大きく、前記定数は、音速に前記起動側流出部における流体の密度を乗じた数値に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記ベンチュリギャップは、起動側質量流量のn乗に比例しており、nは0.25から0.8であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記ベンチュリギャップは、起動側質量流量のn乗に比例しており、nは0.4から0.6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部は、0から1以下の間の偏平率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記楕円形もしくは多角形の起動側流出部は、約0.4から約0.97以下の間の偏平率を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の吸引器。
- 前記起動側流出部と前記排出側流入部との間のオフセットは、起動側質量流量のn乗に比例しており、nは0.25から0.8であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 前記起動側流出部と前記排出側流入部との間のオフセットは、起動側質量流量のn乗に比例しており、nは0.4から0.6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸引器。
- 収束した起動側セクションの流出端部と発散した排出側セクションの流入端部との間にベンチュリギャップを形成した本体を具備した吸引器であって、
前記収束した起動側セクションは、起動側流入部を起動側流出部に接続した双曲面によって形成された内部通路を画定していることを特徴とする吸引器。 - 前記発散した排出側セクションは、排出側流入部を排出側流出部に接続した双曲面によって形成された内部通路を画定していることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の吸引器。
- 前記起動側流入部は円形であり、前記起動側流出部は楕円形もしくは多角形であり、前記排出側流入部は楕円形もしくは多角形であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の吸引器。
- 前記起動側流出部および排出側流入部は、各々が0から1以下の間の偏平率であり、前記排出側流入部は、起動側質量流量のn乗に比例した数値だけ前記起動側流出部に対してオフセットされており、nは0.25から0.8であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の吸引器。
- 前記nが0.4から0.6であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の吸引器。
