Claims (7)
- 材料の流れる方向で見て、ローミール(rohmehl、生食料)(2)を予熱するための少なくとも一つの熱交換器(1.1)と、ローミール(2)を仮焼するための少なくとも一つの下流の仮焼炉(3)と、仮焼されたローミール(2)を焼結するための少なくとも一つのロータリーキルン(8)と、焼結されたセメントクリンカーを冷却するための少なくとも一つのクリンカークーラー(11)と、燃焼が困難な燃料(難燃料)の燃焼装置とを有し、難燃料は予測不可能な点火挙動を示し、一般に点火が難しいか、強い加熱と初期熱分解、炭化、熱分解および/または燃焼の形での点火アシストを必要とする、セメントクリンカーを製造するプラントにおいて、
上記燃焼装置は逆U−形ポット反応装置またはグーズネック反応装置(5)として具体化され、この反応装置(5)はロータリーキルン(8)からの排気ガスの流路上で仮焼炉(3)に上流で結合され、この反応装置(5)のガス出口(5.1)はクリンカークーラー(11)からの三次空気ライン(4.1)より上方で仮焼炉(3)に開口し、上記の上流反応装置(5)の高さが仮焼炉(3)の反転位置の高さより下にあることを特徴とするプラント。 - グーズネック反応装置(5)が上記反転位置の区域に燃焼(burn-off)室として渦室(swirl chamber)を有する請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 仮焼炉(3)がロータリーキルン(8)に直接接続されていない請求項1または2に記載のプラント。
- 下記(1)〜(5):
(1)予熱器段階(1.1)でローミール(2)を予熱し、
(2)仮焼炉(3)中でローミール(2)を仮焼し、
(3)仮焼されたローミール(2)をロータリーキルン(8)中で焼結し、
(4)焼結されたローミール(2)をクリンカークーラー(11)で冷却し、クリンカークーラー(11)で加熱された熱い冷却用空気の一部を三次空気(4)の形で案内して仮焼炉(3)中で熱を回収し、
(5)燃焼が難しい燃料を反応装置(5)中で燃焼する、
の工程を有するセメントの製造方法であって、
上記反応装置(5)が逆U−形ポット反応装置またはグーズネック反応装置として具体化され、この反応装置(5)はロータリーキルン(8)からの排気ガスの流路上で仮焼炉(3)に上流で結合され、この反応装置(5)の燃焼ガスはクリンカークーラー(11)からの三次空気ライン(4.1)より上方で仮焼炉(3)に供給され、上記の上流反応装置(5)の高さを仮焼炉(3)の反転位置の高さより低くすることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 反応装置(5)に化学量論量以下の空気酸素を供給する請求項5に記載の方法。
- 燃焼が難しい燃料の流れを10%〜100%の割合でグーズネック反応装置(5)および/または仮焼炉(3)に供給する請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- ローミール(2)を反応装置(5)と仮焼炉(3)との間で10%〜100%で配分して反応装置(5)へ供給する請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載方法。
