Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 一端において共に連結された、少なくとも二つの間隙を介したレバーと、
前記レバーのうちの一つから前記レバー間に位置付けられたガイド機構に延伸し、前記レバー同士が互いに向かって移動するときに、前記ガイド機構を近位または遠位方向のいずれかに動かすように構成された第一のヒンジ部材と、
近位端において前記ガイド機構に連結し、ガイド機構から遠位に延伸する把持機構と、
前記レバーのうちの一つから延伸し、前記把持機構の一部分を取り囲むチューブに連結されており、前記レバーが互いに向かって移動するときに、前記チューブを遠位に動かすように構成された第二のヒンジ部材と、を備えており、
前記チューブと相対的な前記ガイド機構の移動によって、前記把持機構及び前記チューブを互いに相対的に動かし、前記把持機構を作動させるように動作可能である、眼科手術中の組織操作のためのシステム。 - 前記第一のヒンジ部材がそこから延伸する前記レバーと反対側の前記レバーから前記ガイド機構に延伸し、前記レバー同士が互いに向かって移動するときに、前記ガイド機構を近位または遠位方向のいずれかに移動するように構成された第三のヒンジ部材と、
前記チューブに連結し、前記第二のヒンジ部材がそこから延伸する前記レバーと反対側の前記レバーから延伸し、前記レバー同士が互いに向かって移動するときに、前記チューブを遠位に移動するように構成された第四のヒンジ部材と、をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ヒンジ部材の少なくとも一つが、前記レバーが互いに向かって移動するときに屈曲するように構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒンジの少なくとも一つが、屈曲するときに湾曲形状を形成するように構成された、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記レバー同士の間を延伸し、前記ガイド機構内に摺動自在に収容可能な部材をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブが前記ガイド機構内に摺動自在に収容可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一のヒンジ部材が、前記チューブを取り囲み、前記チューブに連結されたハブに連結された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記把持機構が、
前記チューブ内に形成された通路を通り延伸するガイドと、
前記ガイドの遠位端に配置された作動可能な把持アームと、を備えた、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記把持アームが、前記チューブの遠位端に係合したときに互いに向かって移動可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブが湾曲している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
