Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 摩擦圧接のための装置であって、
a)第1ワークピースを取り付けるための面を有する取付プレートと、
b)前記第1ワークピースの溶接面に対してほぼ垂直な方向に、第2ワークピースに対して鍛圧を与えるための鍛圧装置と、
c)鍛圧の方向に対してほぼ垂直な方向に前記取付プレートの振動を生じさせる振動子とを備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記振動子の質量中心から前記振動の方向と平行に引いた第1の線が、前記鍛圧の方向と平行な第2の線と、前記取付プレートと前記鍛圧装置との間の溶接点で交わることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の装置において、
使用時に回転運動が与えられないように、前記鍛圧が与えられることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置において、
前記鍛圧の平均ベクトルが、前記溶接点と交わり、かつ溶接領域の平面に対して実質的に垂直であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記鍛圧装置が、前記鍛圧を与える少なくとも1の鍛圧シリンダを含み、好ましくは、前記鍛圧装置が2つの鍛圧シリンダを含み、それらが、使用時に前記溶接点の両側の等距離のところに力を与えるように配置可能となっていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置において、
振動子、鍛圧軸および鍛圧シリンダが接合部のほぼ中心に力を与えるべく作用するように、鍛圧のバランスがとられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
当該装置が、溶接ハウジングを提供するために、前記取付プレートの両側に前記取付プレートに対して実質的に垂直なサイドプレートを備え、
当該装置が、前記鍛圧装置を前記サイドプレートにロックするための少なくとも1のロックデバイスを備え、
前記鍛圧装置が、前記取付プレートにおいてワークピースの位置決めを可能とするために、前記取付プレートに近接および離間する方向に移動可能であり、
前記取付プレートが、前記溶接点に第1ワークピースの溶接面を位置決めするように配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置において、
前記取付プレートが、前記溶接点に第1ワークピースの溶接面を位置決めするために、移動自在に調節されることを特徴とする装置。 - 摩擦圧接のための方法であって、
a)第1ワークピースの溶接面と第2ワークピースの溶接面とを摩擦係合させるステップと、
b)第1ワークピースおよび第2ワークピースの溶接面を、それらが溶融点に達するまで、振動させるステップと、
c)第2ワークピースにより第1ワークピースに鍛圧を与えるステップであって、それらワークピースが溶接点で接触するように促されるステップとを備え、前記溶接点が、前記溶接面どうしの界面の図心であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
第1ワークピースおよび/または第2ワークピースが、第1ワークピースおよび第2ワークピースの溶接力に対してほぼ垂直な方向に振動されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
第1ワークピースおよび/または第2ワークピースが、毎秒約10乃至100の振動回数で、振動されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
第1ワークピースおよび/または第2ワークピースが、鍛圧が与えられている間に、振動されないことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
使用時に前記振動子の質量中心が前記溶接面と同一平面上に位置するように、第1ワークピースおよび第2ワークピースが配置されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
前記第1および第2溶接面の界面の図心が前記振動子の質量中心と位置合わせされるように、第1ワークピースおよび第2ワークピースが配置されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9乃至14の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記接合部が、単一部分または複数部分の接合部を含むことができることを特徴とする方法。
