Claims (10)
- フォイル又はフィルム(7)を製造するための方法であって、
c)フォイル又はフィルム(7)を製造するための少なくとも1種類の材料(8)を動いているベルト(4)に塗布するステップと、
d)前記材料(8)を少なくとも部分的に硬化させる及び/又は部分的に乾燥させるステップと、からなる方法において、
ステップb)の間に少なくとも1種類の非介入的な分光法を用いて材料(8)の性状及び/又はベルト(4)の定義された周囲の熱状態変数を検出することを特徴とする方法。 - ステップb)において分光法として赤外線吸収法を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分光法を用いて検出されたスペクトル(11)から材料(8)の少なくとも1種類のパラメータ及び/又はベルト(4)の定義された周囲の少なくとも1種類の状態変数に対する少なくとも1個の実際値を求めて、少なくとも1個の目標値と比較することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 実際値の目標値からの偏差に応じて、定義された周囲の少なくとも1つの状態変数又はベルト(4)の搬送速度を変えるために調節要素(6)を操作することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- フォイル又はフィルム(7)は溶剤ベースのフィルム又は溶剤ベースのフォイルであり、溶剤が蒸発する結果として材料(8)の乾燥及び/又は硬化が生じ、ステップb)において少なくとも1つの設定された測定地点で材料(8)の実際の溶剤含量(L1、L11、L12、L1i、L2、L21、L22、L2i)を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 材料(8)を第1の地点でベルト(4)上に注ぎ、少なくとも部分的に硬化した及び/又は乾燥した材料(8)を第2の地点でベルト(4)から剥がし、第1の地点と第2の地点との間に位置する区間を等しい又は異なる大きさのセクションに区分して、各セクションで設定可能な時間間隔で材料(8)のパラメータ及び/又はベルト(4)の定義された周囲の状態変数を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- スペクトルにおける個々の波長又は波長領域の強度値(I1、I11、I12、I1i、I2、I21、I22、I2i)に、材料のパラメータ及び/又はベルト(4)の定義された周囲の状態変数の値を対応させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 材料(8)の少なくとも1種類のパラメータは、材料の厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- ベルト(4)の定義された周囲の少なくとも1種類の状態変数は、定義された周囲における大気圧及び/又は温度(T1、T11、T12、T1i、T2、T21、T22、T2i)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- フォイル又はフィルムを製造するための請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置(1)であって、閉じた表面を有するベルト(4)、特に少なくとも1個の転向ドラム(2)と駆動ドラム(3)との間を周回するエンドレスベルトを具えているものにおいて、前記装置(1)は装置(5)の制御装置(6)と接続された少なくとも1個の分光計(5)、好ましくは光学分光計を含んでいることを特徴とする装置。
