Abstract
Description

該食物料理用機器は、食物を受け入れるように設計された受入手段と、該受入手段の中に位置づけられた撹拌手段と、少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段とを備え、前記受入手段および前記撹拌手段は相対回転において動くように設計され、前記受入手段は頂部開口部を有し、前記機器は少なくとも前記相対回転および少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御する手段を備え、
電子制御ユニットを備えた前記制御手段は、
該制御手段が前記受入手段と前記撹拌手段との相対回転を無効にし、第1設定値に温度を調節するように前記少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御する、第1料理ステップと、
前記制御手段が前記受入手段と前記撹拌手段との前記相対回転が生じさせ、前記第1設定値よりも高い第2設定値に温度を調節するように前記少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御する、第2料理ステップと
を含む料理プログラムを備える、

Claims (9)
- 食物料理用機器のための料理方法であって、
該食物料理用機器は、前記食物を受け入れるように設計された受入手段(1)と、該受入手段(1)の中に位置づけられた撹拌手段(2)と、少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段(10)とを備え、前記受入手段(1)および前記撹拌手段(2)は相対回転において動くように設計され、前記受入手段(1)は頂部開口部(3)を有し、前記機器は少なくとも前記相対回転および少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御するための手段を備え、
前記料理方法は、
前記受入手段(1)と前記撹拌手段(2)との相対回転が無効にされていて、少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段(10)が第1設定値に温度を調節するように制御される、第1料理ステップと、
前記受入手段(1)と前記撹拌手段(2)との相対回転が生じていて、少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段(10)が前記第1設定値よりも高い第2設定値に温度を調節するように制御される、第2料理ステップと
を含む、料理方法。 - 前記第1料理ステップの期間は、両方の料理ステップの全体の時間の35%〜45%の間である、請求項1に記載の料理方法。
- 前記第1設定値は、135℃と145℃との間である、請求項1または2に記載の料理方法。
- 前記第2設定値は、165℃と180℃との間である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の料理方法。
- 両方の料理ステップの全体の料理時間は、ユーザーにより選択される料理時間に対応する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の料理方法。
- 前記撹拌手段(2)に対する前記受入手段(1)の前記相対回転の平均速度は、1rpmと5rpmとの間である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の料理方法。
- 前記撹拌手段(2)に対する前記受入手段(1)の前記相対回転は、連続的である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の料理方法。
- 前記撹拌手段(2)に対する前記受入手段(1)の前記相対回転は、断続的である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の料理方法。
- 食物料理用機器であって、
該食物料理用機器は、前記食物を受け入れるように設計された受入手段(1)と、該受入手段(1)の中に位置づけられた撹拌手段(2)と、少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段とを備え、前記受入手段(1)および前記撹拌手段(2)は相対回転において動くように設計され、前記受入手段(1)は頂部開口部(3)を有し、前記機器は少なくとも前記相対回転および少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御する手段を備え、
電子制御ユニットを備えた前記制御手段は、
該制御手段が前記受入手段(1)と前記撹拌手段(2)との相対回転を無効にし、第1設定値に温度を調節するように前記少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段(10)を制御する、第1料理ステップと、
前記制御手段が前記受入手段(1)と前記撹拌手段(2)との前記相対回転が生じさせ、前記第1設定値よりも高い第2設定値に温度を調節するように前記少なくとも1つのメイン加熱手段を制御する、第2料理ステップと
を含む料理プログラムを備える、
