- 流体の入口開口(3)と出口開口(4)とを有する、弁本体(2)と、
前記流体から抽出された運動エネルギー又は位置エネルギーを、前記弁本体(2)から移転するように構成された、回収手段(5)と、
前記弁本体(2)内において前記入口開口(3)と出口開口(4)との間に配置された閉鎖要素(obturator)(6)であって、前記閉鎖要素(6)が、前記流体を、前記回収手段(5)へ向けて導くようにし、また、弁(1)の閉鎖形態をとるように構成される、閉鎖要素と、
を備える、制御弁(1)。 - 前記回収手段(5)が、前記弁本体(2)において、前記閉鎖要素(6)の下流に配置され、前記流体によって回転するように構成された、回転要素(7)を備える、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記回収手段(5)が、固定子を備え、前記固定子が、前記弁本体(2)に連結され、回転要素(7)に対して配置され、前記回転要素が、前記固定子に電磁気的に結合された回転子を形成する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の制御弁(1)。
- 前記回収手段(5)が、
前記弁本体(2)の外部に配置された、電気エネルギー発生器と、
回転要素(7)から前記電気エネルギー発生器へ、運動エネルギーを移転するように構成された、機械的伝達手段と、

ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁(1)。 - 回転要素(7)が、少なくとも1つの翼(8)又は別の要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの翼(8)又は別の要素が、前記流体と相互作用して、空気力学的、流体力学力的な力を発生し、前記回転要素(7)を回転させることができるようにされている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁(1)。 - 回転要素(7)が、管状かつ円筒形の構造を有し、外側壁(7a)と、前記外側壁(7a)と同心の、中央部分(7b)と、を備え、前記外側壁と前記中央部分との間に、内側ゾーン(7c)が形成され、前記内側ゾーンに沿って、前記流体が通過することができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁。
- 前記流体と相互作用して、空気力学的、流体力学力的な力を発生し、前記回転要素(7)を回転させることができるようにされている、少なくとも1つの翼(8)又は別の要素が、前記内側ゾーン(7c)に配置される、請求項6に記載の制御弁。
- 前記内側ゾーン(7c)が、前記流体を、前記回転要素(7)の回転軸(A)に対して少なくとも部分的に横切る経路に沿って、案内するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の制御弁(1)。 - 前記内側ゾーン(7c)が、前記流体を、前記回転要素(7)の回転軸(A)に平行の経路に沿って、案内するように構成される、

- 前記閉鎖要素(6)が、前記回転要素(7)の回転軸(A)に対して横切るように配置された、少なくとも第1のプレート(10)と第2のプレート(11)とを備え、
前記第1のプレート(10)と前記第2のプレート(11)とが、各々、少なくとも1つの通路開口部(12)を有し、
前記第1のプレート(10)と前記第2のプレート(11)とが、相互に動くことができ、閉鎖形態から少なくとも1つの開放形態へ、可逆的に移動し、閉鎖形態では、前記通路開口部(12)は相互に全く位置が合わず、流体の通過を防止し、開放形態では、前記通路開口部(12)は少なくとも部分的に重なって流体の通過を許容する、

- 前記閉鎖要素(6)が、滑動要素(14)を備え、前記滑動要素(14)が、前記入口開口(3)と連結され、前記入口開口(3)から離れるように動いて前記入口開口を開放し、前記入口開口(3)へ向かって動いて前記入口開口を閉鎖し、又は、前記入口開口(3)へ向かって動いて前記入口開口を開放し、前記入口開口(3)から離れるように動いて前記入口開口を閉鎖する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁(1)。 - 滑動要素(14)が、回転要素(7)と同軸に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁(1)。
- 前記回転要素(7)が、2つの管状部分(71、72)を備え、各管状部分が、軸方向の導管(141)の側壁に与えられた半径方向開口部(71a、72a)を有し、前記滑動要素(14)が、前記導管に沿って滑動可能であり、前記滑動要素(14)が、前記軸方向の導管(141)に沿って滑動しながら前記半径方向開口部(71a、72a)を漸次開放(uncover)又は閉鎖する、請求項14に記載の制御弁(1)。
- 前記閉鎖要素(6)と前記回収手段(5)との間に配置され、前記流体の流れを、予め決めた方向(F)に対して平行に整流するように構成された、デフレクタ(31)を備える、請求項1に記載の制御弁(1)。
- 前記デフレクタ(31)が、前記予め決めた方向(F)に対して少なくとも部分的に半径方向へ延びる、1つ又はそれ以上の羽根(32)を備える、請求項16に記載の制御弁。
- 相互に同心の1つ又はそれ以上の環状部分(33)を備える、請求項16に記載の制御弁。
- 前記閉鎖要素(6)が、通路空洞(35)を備える回転体(34)を備え、前記回転体が、長手軸(X)に対して直交する調節軸(B)に沿って回転でき、前記回収手段(5)が、前記通路空洞の内部に配置される、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載のデフレクタを備え、前記デフレクタが、前記通路空洞(35)の端部に配置されている、請求項19に記載の制御弁。
