Claims (24)
- センサと、
前記センサとインラインで電気的に接続される表示器と、
を備えることを特徴とする機構。 - 前記センサは、2本のワイヤのみで電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記センサは、IEPEであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機構。
- 前記表示器は、発光体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記表示器は、発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機構。
- 前記発光ダイオードは、赤外線発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機構。
- 前記表示器は、デジタルまたは信号プロトコルと同時に点灯及び消灯することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記デジタルまたは信号プロトコルは、トランスジューサエレクトロニックデータシート(TEDS)要求をサポートすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の機構。
- 無線でデバイスからの状態及び/または計測データを送信するための無線送信機と、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記センサが使用されているときは、前記表示器を電気的に分離する複数のダイオードと、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記ダイオードは、電流の方向が前記センサの動作に用いられた電流の向きと逆の向きであるとき、電流を前記表示器に流すように配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の機構。
- センサを確認する方法であって、
第1の電源で、ケーブルを通じてセンサに電源を供給し、
第1の電源から第2の電源に切り替えて、前記センサに近い位置に配置される表示器に表示をさせる、
ステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記切り替えるステップにより、前記センサ回路内で逆方向の電流が発生することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、IEPEであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の電源は、前記ケーブルを介して前記表示器と電気通信を行うことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記表示器は、発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 本体と、
前記本体の両端で第1のコネクタ及び第2のコネクタとそれぞれ電気通信を行う第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤと、
前記本体の外側で可視であって前記第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤと電気通信を行う表示器と、
電流が前記表示器を単一方向に流れることができるように配置された少なくとも1のダイオードと、
を備えることを特徴とする表示機構。 - 前記第1のコネクタ及び第2のコネクタは、2本のワイヤのみで接続されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の表示機構。
- 前記表示器は、発光体であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の表示機構。
- 前記表示器は、発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の表示機構。
- 前記発光ダイオードは、赤外線発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の表示機構。
- 前記表示器は、デジタルまたは信号プロトコルと同時に点灯及び消灯するよう設計されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の表示機構。
- 前記デジタルまたは信号プロトコルは、トランスジューサエレクトロニックデータシート(TEDS)要求をサポートすることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の表示機構。
- ケーブルを備えるケーブル機構であって、
前記ケーブルは、
センサと嵌合するように設計された電気コネクタと電気通信を行う第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤと、
前記ケーブルと統合され、前記第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤと電気通信を行う表示器と、
電流が前記表示器を単一方向に流れることができるように配置された少なくとも1のダイオードと、
を備えることを特徴とするケーブル機構。
