Abstract
Description
本願発明の他の実施形態として、複雑な層システムが考えられる。当該層システムにおいて、最初に、第1のクロム含有接着層がスチールまたは鋳造材料等の摺動エレメントのベース材に適用される。その後、ハード無水素DLC層がこの層に適用され、それが全体として層システムの長寿命を保証する。続いて、金属含有接着層、金属せん断力を吸収しかつ強化層として作用する比較的柔らかいソフト水素含有、金属含有および/または金属カーバイド含有DLC層が順に形成される。層システムは、その表面で、ハード水素含有DLC層によって完成される。それは、内側ハード層より低い最大硬度を有し、摺動エレメントのなじみ層として作用する。
Claims (9)
- 少なくともひとつの滑り面を有する摺動エレメント、特にピストンリングであって、
前記滑り面は、コーティングを備え、当該コーティングは、内側から外側に向かって、少なくとも第1接着層、ハード無水素DLC層、第2接着層、前記ハード無水素DLC層より柔らかいソフト水素含有、金属含有および/または金属カーバイド含有DLC層、および、前記ソフト水素含有、金属含有および/または金属カーバイド含有DLC層より硬いハード水素含有DLC層を有する、摺動エレメント。 - 前記ハード無水素DLC層は、約1800と約3500HV0.02との間の硬度を有し、前記ソフト水素含有、金属含有および/または金属カーバイド含有DLC層は、約800と約1400HV0.002との間の硬度を有し、前記ハード水素含有DLC層は約1800と約3100HV0.002との間の硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記ハードDLC層と前記ソフトDLC層の間の硬度の差は、約1.2から約4.4のファクタに対応する、請求項1または2に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記ソフト水素含有、金属含有および/または金属カーバイドDLC層は、タングステンおよび/またはタングステンカーバイドおよび/またはシリコンおよび/またはシリコンカーバイドおよび/またはクロムおよび/またはクロムカーバイドの相を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記第1および/または第2接着層は、好適には、金属を含有し、特に、クロムを含有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記コーティングは、全厚が約5μmから約50μmである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記第1接着層を含む前記ハード無水素DLC層の前記厚さと、前記第2接着層を含む前記水素含有DLC層の前記厚さの層厚比は、約1.1と約12との間である、請求項1から6に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 前記ベース材はスチールまたは鋳造材料からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の摺動エレメント。
- 少なくともひとつのDLC層の表面はスムースにされている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の摺動エレメント。
