Claims (11)
- 眼科手術用切断器具であって、閉じた遠位端と前記閉じた端部付近で外側部材の管の開口部とを有する管状の外側部材を備え、開口部が、遠位側切刃および反対側の近位側切刃を有する前記管内に形成された刃先断面によって境界を付けられ、開いた遠位端を有するとともに軸線方向で移動可能であるようにして前記管状の外側部材内に配置される管状の内側部材をさらに備え、切断器具の使用中、前記外側部材の前記開口部を通して前記外側部材の内部へと眼組織を延在させるとともに、切断された組織を前記内側部材の内部を介して前記内側部材の近位端へと運搬する吸引手段をさらに備え、前記内側部材の前記管も、前記開いた端部付近に、遠位側切刃および反対側の近位側切刃とともに、前記管内に形成される刃先断面によって境界を付けられた開口部を有し、それによって、前記外側部材の前記開口部および前記内側部材の前記開口部が、前記外側部材の周りの円周方向で、かつ前記外側部材に対して前記内側部材が位置合わせされた軸線方向で相互に位置合わせされ、前記内側部材の前記遠位側切刃の前記軸線方向位置は前記内側部材の前記円周方向の関数として、前記近位端に向かって進み、次に前記遠位端に戻るように進む、眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材の前記遠位側切刃が、前記切断器具の縦断面で見て、前記内側部材の前記本体軸線に対して角度を成すセグメントを備える、請求項1に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材のセグメントと前記内側部材の前記本体軸線との間の角度が約20°から約70°である、請求項2に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材の前記遠位側切刃上に、前記内側部材の前記近位端に向かって乗り出す切断面が形成される、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 一方では前記内側部材の前記遠位側切刃と、他方では前記内側部材の前記近位端との間の軸線方向距離が、円周方向で見て前記刃先の範囲内のほぼ中間で最小値に達する、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材の前記遠位側切刃が前記近位端に向かって方向付けられる歯断面を有する、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材がキンクまたは屈曲を有する、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材の前記開いた遠位端が前記内側部材の前記近位端から離れる方向に傾く切断面を備えた遠位側切刃を形成する、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記内側部材の前記切刃が対向する傾斜角を有する切断面を形成する、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記切断面が互いから離れる方向に面する、請求項9に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
- 前記傾斜角がほぼ等しい大きさである、請求項9または10に記載の眼科手術用切断器具。
