Claims (16)
- 船舶用推進システムであって、前記船舶は、船舶中央部(12)及び船尾部(14)を有する船体(10)を有し、前記推進システムは、前記船尾部(14)において前記船体(10)の中心線の両側で該船体(10)に固定装着される2つの推進部(30,301)を含み、これら推進部(30,301)はそれぞれハウジングを含み、前記ハウジングは該ハウジングの外部にプロペラ(48)を有しており、前記ハウジングは内部スペースをさらに形成し、該内部スペースにはプロペラ軸(46)を通じて前記プロペラ(48)を駆動させるための駆動機(52,54,56)が設けられ、前記内部スペースは前記船体(10)の内部に開放されている船舶用推進システム。
- 前記駆動機は電気モータ(52)及び好ましくはギア(56)を含む請求項1に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記プロペラ軸(46)は前記推進部(30,301)の長さの半分よりも短い長さを有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記内部スペースは前記駆動機(52,54,56)の作業者(58)を収容するようになっている請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、閉鎖された底部(34)及び前記船体(10)に取り付けられる上側縁(32)によって形成される開放された上端部を有し、前記内部スペースは前記開放された上端部に流体連結されている請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、互いに反対側にある内側面(44)及び外側面(42)を含み、前記内側面(44)は前記船体(10)の中心線側を向いており、前記内側面(44)と外側面(42)とは前記推進部の船首部分で前縁(36)に沿って結合され、前記ハウジングの船尾部分で上側及び下側の後尾縁(38,40)に沿って結合され、そして前記推進部の下部では閉鎖された底部(34)によって結合されており、前記プロペラ軸(46)は前記船体(10)の前記中心線から第1距離に提供されており、船体(10)に沿って流れる水(2)の一部が前記内側面(44)によって船体(10)の前記中心線側に方向転換されるように、前記前縁(36)は、該前縁(36)の任意の部分から船体(10)の中心線までの距離が前記第1距離よりも長くなるように構成されている請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記内側面(44)は凸状となっている請求項6に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記前縁(36,361)は角度(α)を形成し、該角度は5゜〜90゜、好ましくは10゜〜60゜、さらに好ましくは30゜〜45゜である請求項6又は請求項7に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記船体(10)は該船体(10)の前記中心線に装着される中央スケグ(16)をさらに含み、該中央スケグは前記船舶中央部(12)から船尾部(14)の少なくとも一部分に沿って水平に延びており、前記推進システムは、前記中央スケグ(16)に装着される1つ以上の横方向スラスタ(50)をさらに含む請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記横方向スラスタ(50)は、船体(10)の中心線に沿った第1長手方向位置に装着され、前記推進部(30,301)は、船体(10)の前記中心線に沿った第2長手方向位置に装着され、前記第1及び第2の位置は、少なくとも1つの前記横方向スラスタ(50)によって設けられる横方向の水の流れが前記推進部(30,301)にぶつからないように定められている請求項9に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記推進部(30,301)はそれぞれ前記プロペラ軸(46)の側で前記ハウジングに装着される横方向スラスタ(50,501)をさらに含む請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 前記船舶がドックに停泊しているときに船舶中央部(12)と共に前記推進部(30,301)が前記船体(10)を支持するように前記船舶中央部(12)の喫水が前記推進部(30,301)の喫水のような請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の船舶用推進システム。
- 船体(10)及び請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか一項による推進システムを含む船舶。
- 船舶中央部(12)及び船尾部(14)を有する船体(10)に請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか一項による推進システムを組み込む方法であって、
前記船体(10)を設けるステップ;
前記船尾部(12)で船体(10)に含まれている通常の駆動機を選択的に除去するステップ;
請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか一項による推進システムを設けるステップ;
前記船尾部(14)に2つの穴(28)を設けるステップ;及び
推進部(30,301)それぞれを前記穴(28)の中の対応する穴に取り付けるステップを含む方法。 - 前記通常の駆動機はアジマススラスタを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記取り付けは溶接又はリベット締結を含む請求項14又は請求項15に記載の方法。
