Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 低侵襲手術のためであって、特に手術ロボットシステム内で使用される内視鏡であって、
身体の外部から内部まで前記内視鏡の全体の長さに渡って伸びていて、遠位末端に少なくとも一つの照射ユニット(15,16)及び二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)を備えた主支持具(4)であって、前記画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)のそれぞれが前記主支持具(4)から外側へ同程度に回転できるように配置されている主支持具(4)と、
前記内視鏡が身体内に入ることできるようにするトロカール(1)と、
前記トロカール(1)及び/又は前記主支持具(4)に備え付けられ、遠位末端に付加画像器(8,9,10,11)を備えた付加支持具(3)とを備え、
前記付加画像器(8,9,10,11)は、前記付加支持具(3)から外側へ回転でき、かつ付加照射ユニット(10,11)と、前記主支持具(4)の前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)の二つの監視領域を含む監視領域を備えた少なくとも一つの付加画像センサ(8,9)とを備えていることを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 請求項1に記載の内視鏡において、前記付加画像センサ(8,9)は、回転するときに前記トロカール(1)の遠位末端近傍に位置する広角のレンズ(8)を備えていることを特徴とする内視鏡。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡において、前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)のそれぞれは、前記主支持具(4)の遠位末端にて、回転軸(17a,17b,17c)回りに回転できるようになっており、それらの回転軸(17a,17b,17c)は一平面内に互いに平行に並べられていることを特徴とする内視鏡。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の内視鏡において、前記付加支持具(3)は、前記トロカール(1)と前記主支持具(4)の間に位置して、前記主支持具(4)に直接的に置かれており、かつ前記主支持具(4)及び前記付加支持具(3)は円筒形状であることを特徴とする内視鏡。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一つに記載の内視鏡において、前記画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)のそれぞれは、前記主支持具(4)の縦の延長線に対して直交する方向において、ジョイント(17a,17b,17c)により、前記回転軸(17a,17b,17c)回りに加えて、もう一つの回転軸(19)回りにも傾けられるように配置されており、前記回転軸(17a,17b,17c)及び前記もう一つの回転軸(19)回りの回転動作は互いに独立して分離されていることを特徴とする内視鏡。
- 低侵襲手術のための少なくとも一つの手術器具及び/又は少なくとも一つの内視鏡を配置することができる少なくとも一つのロボットアームを有する手術用ロボットシステムであって、
身体の外部から内部まで前記内視鏡の全体の長さに渡って伸びていて、遠位末端に少なくとも一つの照射ユニット(15,16)及び二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)を備えた主支持具(4)であって、前記画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)のそれぞれが前記主支持具(4)から外側へ同程度に回転できるように配置されている主支持具(4)と、
前記内視鏡が身体内に入ることできるようにするトロカール(1)と、
前記トロカール(1)及び/又は前記主支持具(4)に備え付けられ、遠位末端に付加画像器(8,9,10,11)を備えた付加支持具(3)とを備え、
前記付加画像器(8,9,10,11)は、前記付加支持具(3)から外側へ回転でき、かつ付加照射ユニット(10,11)と、前記主支持具(4)の前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)の二つの監視領域を含む監視領域を備えた少なくとも一つの付加画像センサ(8,9)とを備えており、
さらに、前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)及び前記付加画像器(8,9,10,11)に接続された画像処理ユニット(25)と、
前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)及び/又は前記付加画像器(8,9,10,11)の2次元画像データ及び/又は3次元画像データを表示する可視化ユニット(27)とを備えていることを特徴とする手術用ロボットシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のロボットシステムにおいて、前記付加画像センサ(8,9)は、回転するときに前記トロカール(1)の遠位末端近傍に位置する広角のレンズ(8)を備えて
いることを特徴とするロボットシステム。 - 請求項6又は7に記載のロボットシステムにおいて、前記二つの画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b,12c)は、前記主支持具(4)の遠位末端に、回転軸(17a,17b,17c)回りに回転できるようにそれぞれ配置され、それらの回転軸(17a,17b)は一平面内に互いに平行に並べられていることを特徴とするロボットシステム。
- 請求項6乃至8のうちのいずれか一つに記載のロボットシステムにおいて、前記付加支持具(3)は、前記トロカール(1)と前記主支持具(4)の間に位置して、前記主支持具(4)に直接的に置かれており、かつ前記主支持具(4)及び前記付加支持具(3)は円筒形状であることを特徴とするロボットシステム。
- 請求項6乃至9のうちのいずれか一つに記載のロボットシステムにおいて、前記画像器(12a,13a,14a,12b,13b,14b)のそれぞれは、前記主支持具(4)の縦の延長線に対して直交する方向において、ジョイント(17a,17b,17c)により、前記回転軸(17a,17b,17c)回りに加えて、もう一つの回転軸(19)回りにも傾けられるように配置されており、前記回転軸(17a,17b,17c)及び前記もう一つの回転軸(19)回りの回転動作は互いに独立して分離されていることを特徴とする手術ロボットシステム。
