Abstract
Description
(a)5000〜100,000の平均分子量を有する水溶性ポリマー0.5〜40重量%;
(b)粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラー20〜40重量%;
(c)1〜100nmの平均粒径を有する耐アルカリ性粒状フィラー0.01〜5重量%;
(d)アルカリ土類金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ金属水酸化物5〜25重量%;
(e)水15〜45重量%;並びに
(f)湿潤剤0〜25重量%
を含む仮根管シーラー組成物により解決される。
(A)水中で、
(i)5000〜100,000の平均分子量を有する水溶性ポリマー0.5〜40重量%;
(ii)粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラー20〜40重量%;
(iii)1〜100nmの平均粒径を有する耐アルカリ性粒状フィラー0.01〜5重量%;
(iv)アルカリ土類金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ金属水酸化物5〜25重量%;
(v)水15〜45重量%;並びに
(vi)湿潤剤0〜25重量%
を混合するステップと、
(B)混合物を分散させるステップと
を含む、仮根の調製のための方法をさらに提供する。
(a)水中で、
(i)5000〜100,000の平均分子量を有する水溶性ポリマー0.5〜40重量%;
(ii)粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラー20〜40重量%;
(iii)1〜100nmの平均粒径を有する耐アルカリ性粒状フィラー0.01〜5重量%;
(iv)アルカリ土類金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ金属水酸化物5〜25重量%;
(v)水15〜45重量%;並びに
(vi)湿潤剤0〜25重量%
を混合して、混合物を形成するステップと、
(b)混合物を分散させるステップと
を含む、仮根管シーラーの調製のための方法にも関する。
ポリエチレングリコール、水、タングステン酸カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム及び二酸化ジルコニウムをミキサーに量り入れ、均一な混合物が得られるまで撹拌した。ミキサー装置はLindenミキサーである。次いで、この混合物を13〜31kg/hの速さでアニュラーギャップ式ビーズミルにポンプで送り込んだ。アニュラーギャップ式ビーズミリング装置はRomaco/Fryma Koruma CoBall Mill(FrymaKoruma GmbH、79395 Neuenburg、ドイツ)である。円錐作業容器と円錐ローター間のギャップは6.5mmであった。粉砕ビーズ(粉砕体積の45〜65体積%)が円錐ローターの運動によって加速され、大きな粒子の粉砕及びペーストのさらなる均質化をもたらした。この処理ステップ後に、ペーストは、製品排出ユニットにおいて分離ユニットによって粉砕ビーズから分離された。
Claims (19)
- 組成物の総重量に基づいて、
(a)5000〜100,000の平均分子量を有する水溶性ポリマー0.5〜40重量%;
(b)粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラー20〜40重量%;
(c)1〜100nmの平均粒径を有する耐アルカリ性粒状フィラー0.01〜5重量%;
(d)アルカリ土類金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ金属水酸化物5〜25重量%;
(e)水15〜45重量%;並びに
(f)湿潤剤0〜25重量%
を含む仮根管シーラー組成物。 - 水溶性ポリマーが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルアルコール及びポリビニルピロリドンから選択される、請求項1に記載の仮根管シーラー。
- 水溶性ポリマーが、6000〜10,000の平均分子量を有するポリエチレングリコールである、請求項1又は2に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 水溶性ポリマーを25〜35重量%含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラーが、0.5〜100μmの平均粒径を有するタングステン酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム及びタングステン酸バリウムから選択される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- タングステン酸カルシウムを25〜35重量%含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 耐アルカリ性粒状フィラーが、5〜50nmの平均粒径を有する二酸化ジルコニウム及び二酸化チタン又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 二酸化ジルコニウムを0.5〜2重量%含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- アルカリ土類金属水酸化物又はアルカリ金属水酸化物を10〜20重量%含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- アルカリ土類金属水酸化物が水酸化カルシウムである、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー。
- 水を20〜30重量%の量で含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 湿潤剤がソルビトールである、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 湿潤剤が5〜15重量%の量で含有される、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 少なくとも8のpHを有する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 1〜200Pa・s(25℃)の範囲内の動粘度を有する、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- 成分(a)及び(f)の総量と成分(b)及び(c)の総量との比が、((a)+(f))/((b)+(c))=1.5〜0.025である、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の仮根管シーラー組成物。
- (a)水中で、
(i)5000〜100,000の平均分子量を有する水溶性ポリマー0.5〜40重量%;
(ii)粒状無機放射線不透過性フィラー20〜40重量%;
(iii)1〜100nmの平均粒径を有する耐アルカリ性粒状フィラー0.01〜5重量%;
(iv)アルカリ土類金属水酸化物及び/又はアルカリ金属水酸化物5〜25重量%;
(v)水15〜45重量%;並びに
(vi)湿潤剤0〜25重量%
を混合するステップと、
(b)混合物を分散させるステップと
を含む、仮根管シーラーの調製のための方法。 - 分散させるステップ(b)が、媒体ミリング又はサブミクロンミリングである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 分散させるステップ(b)において、アニュラーギャップ式ビーズミル、高圧ホモジナイザー又はコロイド円錐ミルを使用する、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
