Claims (18)

MRIとCT画像とのコンパチビリティと同様に、本質的に良好な信号対雑音比(S/N)を提供するように最適化された電極コンフィグレーションを含む、

前記胴体部の全体または部分にわたり形成されたグラウンド層であり、前記活性取り付け表面と前記測定データを伝送するための手段から絶縁層を用いて前記グラウンド層を絶縁することによって、外部の電気的干渉を妨げるためのグラウンド層と、

パッケージの中に梱包された少なくとも一つの前記マトリクス電極コンフィグレーションを含み、
前記パッケージの外側には、前記パッケージを空けないで正しいマトリクス電極コンフィグレーションのサイズを保証するための寸法指標がある、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 患者頭部の皮膚表面上から脳の電気的活動の記録を実施するための電極測定法を行う方法であって、
皮膚表面の輪郭に一致している非導電性材料である電極の胴体部を使用するステップと、
前記電極を用いた測定によって測定データを生成するステップと、
前記測定データをさらに処理するために、前記電極から測定データユニットへ前記測定データを伝送するステップと、を含み、
前記方法は、
本質的に良好な信号対ノイズ比を提供するように最適化された電極コンフィグレーションを形成するステップと、
前記電極を、電極配置コンフィグレーションを使用して、お互いに関して本質的に同一である電極の相互配置を維持することによって、患者頭部の皮膚表面に配置するステップと、
前記電極と前記皮膚表面との間に置かれた活性取り付け表面を用いて、堅固で導電性のある取り付けコンタクトを形成するステップと、
測定データを生成するために、上記導電性のある取り付けコンタクトを通じて、前記患者頭部から前記電極へ測定可能な信号を伝送するステップと、を含み、
前記導電性のある活性取り付け表面は、前記電極と前記皮膚表面との間に安定した本質的に干渉フリーの取り付けコンタクトを形成するために、ハイドロゲル、または、皮膚に良好に粘着する非導電性粘着材料を含む、
