Claims (23)
- 側面、及び、ガス出口を含む頂面を備えた首部を有するガスボンベと、前記ガス出口を穿孔するように構成された穿孔要素と、のためのガスボンベ密封装置であって、
キャップであって、ガスボンベの首部に係合して前記ガスボンベ上に前記キャップを保持するように構成された下部と、内部空間を規定し、穿孔要素を受け入れるための上側開口部を有する上部と、を有するキャップと、
前記キャップの前記上部によって規定された前記内部空間内に嵌まるような寸法を有するガスケットであって、前記キャップの前記上側開口部内に受け入れられる前記穿孔要素とともにシールを形成するように構成された上面と、前記ボンベの前記頂面とともにシールを形成するように構成された下面と、を有するガスケットと、を備え、
前記ガスケット及び前記ガス出口に向かって移動する前記穿孔要素とのシールの形成に応じた前記ガスケットの半径方向の膨張又は他の動きが抑制され、前記ガスケットの変形を引き起こすように、前記キャップが前記ガスケットを半径方向に収容するように構成される、密封装置。 - 前記ガスケットが変形していない状態で前記内部空間内に位置する前記内部空間の上部及び下部の半径方向外側領域に空隙が存在し、前記ガスケットが、前記穿孔要素及び前記ボンベの前記頂面とのシールの形成に応じて前記上部及び下部の半径方向外側空隙領域を少なくとも部分的に充填するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップの前記上部が、側壁と、前記側壁から半径方向内側に延在し、かつ前記上側開口部を規定する半径方向内側部分を含む環形状を有する上壁と、を含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記ガスケットが、前記上壁の前記半径方向内側部分の半径方向内側に配置された前記上面の最上部を有する、請求項3に記載の密封装置。
- 前記ガスケットの前記上面の前記最上部が前記上側開口部内に延在する、請求項4に記載の密封装置。
- 前記内部空間が円筒形状を有し、前記ガスケットがトーラス形状を有する、請求項3に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップの前記下部が、ボンベの首部上の雄ねじに係合するように構成された雌ねじを含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記ガスケットがトーラス形状を有する、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- ガスボンベのガス出口を穿孔するように構成されたランスと、前記ガスケットの前記上面に接触し、前記上面とともにシールを形成するように構成されたガスケット接触面と、を含む前記穿孔要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記ガスケット接触面が、ともに前記ガスケットの前記上面に接触し、かつ前記ボンベの前記頂面に向かって前記ガスケットを押圧するように構成された、円錐面又は円筒面の周りの水平環状面を含む、請求項9に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップ、及び、前記上側開口部に導入される前記穿孔要素が、前記ガスケットの形状及び体積と異なる形状及び体積を有するように前記内部空間を規定する、請求項9に記載の密封装置。
- 前記穿孔要素が前記ガスケットと接触することにより、前記ガスケットが、形状を変化させ、前記キャップ及び前記穿孔要素によって規定された前記内部空間の前記形状に少なくとも部分的に沿う、請求項11に記載の密封装置。
- 前記穿孔要素が、前記キャップの前記上側開口部内にぴったり嵌まるように寸法を有するとともに形作られている、前記ガスケット接触面に隣接する外表面を有する、請求項9に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップが前記ボンベの前記首部に取り付けられている前記ガスボンベをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップが、前記キャップの側壁に1以上の通気穴を含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップが、前記ボンベに対して前記キャップの前記下部を位置決めするための止具を含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップが、前記ボンベの前記首部に接触し、前記キャップの前記上部及び前記ボンベの前記頂面によって囲まれるような前記内部空間の体積を規定するための止具を含む、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップの前記上部が前記ガスケットの前記上面を少なくとも部分的に覆う、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- 前記キャップの前記上側開口部が、前記穿孔要素に係合して前記穿孔要素に対する前記ボンベの回転を防ぐように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の密封装置。
- ガスボンベとともにシールを確立する方法であって、
側面、及び、ガス出口を含む頂面を備えた首部を有するガスボンベと、ガスボンベの前記首部に係合する下部、及び、内部空間を規定し、上側開口部を有する上部を有するキャップ、並びに前記キャップの前記上部によって規定された前記内部空間内に位置するガスケットを含む密封装置と、を準備するステップと、
ガス送出装置の受入開口部に前記キャップを導入するステップと、
前記キャップの前記上側開口部内で穿孔要素を移動させるステップと、
前記ガスボンベからガスを放出するために前記穿孔要素が前記ガス出口を開けるように、前記穿孔要素を前記ガス出口に対して移動させるステップと、
前記ボンベ及び前記穿孔要素を互いに向かって移動させることによって、前記穿孔要素と前記ガスケットとの間、及び、前記ボンベの前記頂面と前記ガスケットとの間にシールを形成するステップと、を含む方法。 - シールを形成する前記ステップが、前記内部空間内の空隙を少なくとも部分的に充填するように前記ガスケットを変形させることを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- シールを形成する前記ステップが、前記ガスケットを半径方向において抑制することを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- シールを形成する前記ステップが、前記穿孔要素が前記ガス出口を開ける前に、前記ガスケットと前記穿孔要素との間、及び、前記ガスケットと前記頂面との間にシールを形成することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
