Abstract
【解決手段】筒内圧センサの検出信号Aに含まれる可動コアと弁体との衝突信号に基づいて、第1開弁タイミングを判定する第1開弁タイミング判定部2と、検出信号Aに含まれる可動コアと固定コアとの衝突信号に基づいて、第2開弁タイミングを判定する第2開弁タイミング判定部3とを備える。

Claims (6)
- 弁座と、弁体と、前記弁体と別体とされた可動コアと、前記可動コアの移動を停止する固定コアとを備えた燃料噴射弁を制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射弁の動作状態を検出する検出手段から入力される入力信号に含まれる前記弁体が開弁を開始するタイミングを示す第1衝突信号に基づいて、第1開弁タイミングを判定する第1開弁タイミング判定手段と、
前記入力信号に含まれる前記弁体が全開となるタイミングを示す第2衝突信号に基づいて、第2開弁タイミングを判定する第2開弁タイミング判定手段と
を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記第1開弁タイミング及び前記第2開弁タイミングに基づいて燃料噴射量を補正することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記検出手段から入力される入力信号に含まれる前記弁体が閉弁するタイミングを示す第3衝突信号に基づいて閉弁タイミングを判定し、前記閉弁タイミング、前記第1開弁タイミング及び前記第2開弁タイミングに基づいて前記燃料噴射量を算出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記検出手段は、シリンダ内に設置された筒内圧センサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記検出手段は、振動センサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記第1衝突信号又は閉弁時に前記可動コアが停止するタイミングを示す第4衝突信号に基づいて、前記検出手段の故障を検出することを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
