Claims (2)

  1. 前記制御手段は、前記センサが前記移動体を検出していない場合に、前記第1の移動処理を開始することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のステージ装置。
  2. 移動体が所定の軸方向に移動するステージ装置の制御方法であって、前記ステージ装置は、前記移動体の移動限界の位置から第1の距離の範囲内に移動体が到達していることを検出するセンサを有し、前記制御方法が、
    前記移動体を所定の加速度で減速することにより、前記移動体を前記第1の距離以内で停止させることのできる移動速度を取得する取得工程と、
    前記センサが前記移動体を検出していない場合に、前記取得工程で取得された前記移動速度を目標として前記移動体を前記センサへ向けて移動し、前記センサが前記移動体を検出したことに応じて、前記移動体を前記第1の距離以内で停止させる第1の移動処理を実行し、前記第1の移動処理の後、前記センサによる前記移動体の検出状態が切り替わる位置へ前記移動体を移動する制御工程と、を有することを特徴とするステージ装置の制御方法。
