Abstract
Description
ポリオールとして、芳香族系ポリエステルポリオールであるMAXIMOL RDK−133(川崎化成株式会社製品)を準備し、またシリコーン系整泡剤として、テゴスターブB8450(エボニック・デグサ・ジャパン社製品)を準備し、更に難燃剤として、トリス(1−クロロ−2−プロピル)フォスフェートであるWSFR−TCPP(ワンシャン社製品)を準備した。加えて、触媒としては、金属系樹脂化触媒であるプキャット25(日本化学産業株式会社製品)と、アミン系泡化触媒であるN,N−ジメチルアミノエトキシエタノールからなるカオーライザーNo.26(花王株式会社製品)とを準備し、更に有機発泡剤として、1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC245fa:セントラル硝子株式会社製品)、1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC365mfc:SOLVAY社製品)、1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン(HFO−1336mzz:Dupont社製品)及び1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(HCFO−1233zd:Honeywell社製品)を、それぞれ準備した。
ポリイソシアネートとして、クルードMDI(ミリオネートMR−100:東ソー株式会社製品)を準備した。
上記で調製したポリオール組成物とポリイソシアネート(クルードMDI)とを用い、液化二酸化炭素供給装置を備えた、現場発泡吹き付け装置により、先ず、ポリオール組成物に、表1〜3に記載の割合の液状の二酸化炭素を供給・混合せしめた後、その得られた液状二酸化炭素(液状CO2 )を含むポリオール組成物を、ポリイソシアネートに対して、体積比1:1の割合において接触混合せしめ、次いで、JIS−A−9526に準じて、23±5℃、相対湿度80%以下の条件下で、2m×2m×1.5mのブース内において、躯体である合板表面に、下吹き1回及び上吹き2回の吹き付けを行い、かかる合板面上で反応させて、発泡・硬化せしめることにより、下吹き層が5mm及び2つの上吹き層がそれぞれ30mm以下の厚さとなる、実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜7に係る各種の硬質ポリウレタンフォームからなる発泡層を、それぞれ形成した。なお、表1〜3におけるCO2 合計モル数は、配合された液状CO2 のモル数と、配合された水の量に基づいて計算される、ポリイソシアネートとの反応により生成するCO2 の理論モル数との合計量である。
レベル4:臭気はほとんど感じられない
レベル3:やや臭気を感じる
レベル2:強い臭気を感じる
レベル1:非常に強い臭気を感じる
Claims (5)
- ポリオール組成物とポリイソシアネートとを触媒の存在下に混合して反応させ、発泡・硬化せしめることにより、ポリウレタンフォームを製造するに際して、
前記ポリオール組成物中のポリオールの100質量部に対して0.1〜7質量部の割合において、超臨界、亜臨界又は液状の二酸化炭素を、該ポリオール組成物又は前記ポリイソシアネートに含有せしめ、更にかかるポリオールの100質量部に対して0.05〜7質量部の割合の水を、該ポリオール組成物に含有せしめる一方、該ポリオール組成物が、前記触媒の一つとして、該ポリオールの100質量部に対して0.1〜7質量部の割合のアミン系触媒を含有し、且つハイドロフルオロカーボン、ハイドロカーボン、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン及びハイドロクロロフルオロオレフィンからなる群より選ばれた1種又は2種以上の発泡剤を含有すると共に、該発泡剤が、該ポリオール組成物中に、前記超臨界、亜臨界又は液状の二酸化炭素と前記ポリウレタンフォームの製造時に前記ポリイソシアネートと前記水との反応によって発生する二酸化炭素との合計量の1モルに対して、1モルよりも多く且つ20モル以下となる割合において、存在せしめられて、前記反応を行うようにしたことを特徴とするポリウレタンフォームの製造法。 - 前記超臨界、亜臨界又は液状の二酸化炭素が、前記ポリオール組成物中のポリオールの100質量部に対して0.1〜3質量部の割合となるように、含有せしめられている請求項1に記載のポリウレタンフォームの製造法。
- 前記発泡剤が、ハイドロフルオロオレフィン及びハイドロクロロフルオロオレフィンからなる群より選ばれた1種又は2種以上の発泡剤である請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリウレタンフォームの製造法。
- 前記発泡剤が、HCFO−1233zd又はHFO−1336mzzである請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のポリウレタンフォームの製造法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に従う製造法によって得られた、アミン系触媒の臭気が低減された、全体密度とコア密度との差が1〜12kg/m3 であるポリウレタンフォーム。
