Abstract
Description
基油としては、ポリαオレフィン[Poly-Alpha-Olefins]系の合成潤滑油(以下、PAOと称する)が使用される。PAOは、例えばエチレンの低重合あるいはワックスの熱分解によって得られた直鎖状のα-オレフィン(炭素数6〜18)を数分子だけ限定的に重合(低重合)させ、次に水素添加処理より末端二重結合に水素を添加したものであり、例えば以下のように製造される。
増ちょう剤としては、相転移温度に加熱することによって液状化し、これよりも低温時に結晶化して保油性を発揮する石けん系の増ちょう剤が広く使用可能である。特に耐熱性の面で優れた特性を備えるリチウム石けんを使用するのが好ましい。リチウム石けんの化学構造は、例えばCH3(CH2)16COOLiで表される。リチウム石けんの中でも、例えば以下の化学構造を有するステアリン酸リチウムを使用することができる。

Claims (7)
- 焼結体と、焼結体に含浸させたグリースとを有する焼結軸受であって、
前記グリースが、増ちょう剤と、JIS K 2283に基づく動粘度測定方法にて、40℃における動粘度が40mm2/s以上、60mm2/s以下であり、かつ100℃における動粘度が5mm2/s以上、10mm2/s以下である基油とを含み、グリースにおける増ちょう剤濃度が0.1〜3wt%であることを特徴とする焼結軸受。 - 前記基油として、ポリαオレフィン系合成潤滑油を用いた請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記基油として、ポリαオレフィン系合成潤滑油とエステル系合成潤滑油とを用いた請求項1記載の焼結軸受。
- 前記増ちょう剤として、リチウム石けんを用いた請求項1〜3何れか1項に記載の焼結軸受。
- 回路基板にリフローはんだ付けされる機器に組み込まれる請求項1〜4何れか1項に記載の焼結軸受。
- 請求項1〜4何れか1項に記載の焼結軸受を有し、リフローはんだを用いて回路基板にはんだ付けされる機器。
- 錘を軸方向に往復移動させて振動を発生させる請求項6記載の機器。
