Claims (5)
- 羽口を経て高炉内に熱風を送る送風管に差し込まれたランスから還元材を吹き込む還元材吹き込み装置であって、
前記送風管の上側に取付けられた上流側ランスと、
前記送風管の下側に取付けられ且つ前記上流側ランスよりも送風方向下流側に配置される下流側ランスとを備え、
前記上流側ランスを二重管とすると共に、前記下流側ランスを単管とし、
前記送風管の軸方向から見たとき、前記上流側ランスの吹き込み先端部と前記下流側ランスの吹き込み先端部とを前記送風管の径方向に対向させ、
前記送風管の内径をDとしたとき、前記下流側ランスの吹き込み先端部の位置を前記送風管の内周壁からの前記送風管の径方向の距離で0超0.5D以下とした
ことを特徴とする還元材吹き込み装置。 - 前記上流側ランスの内側管から固体還元材を吹き込むと共に前記上流側ランスの内側管と外側管との隙間から易燃性ガスを吹き込み、前記下流側ランスから支燃性ガスを吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の還元材吹き込み装置。
- 前記上流側ランスの内側管から固体還元材を吹き込むと共に前記上流側ランスの内側管と外側管との隙間から支燃性ガスを吹き込み、前記下流側ランスから易燃性ガスを吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の還元材吹き込み装置。
- 前記固体還元材が微粉炭であり、前記易燃性ガスがLNGであり、前記支燃性ガスが酸素であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の還元材吹き込み装置。
- 前記固体還元材の微粉炭に、廃プラスチック、廃棄物固形燃料、有機性資源、廃材、コークス炉集塵コークスのうちの少なくとも1つを加えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の還元材吹き込み装置。
