Claims (15)
- 往復動ピストン内燃機関の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス浄化システム(6)用のフロー・ユニット(1)であって、
案内要素入口(31)及び案内要素出口(32)を有する中空体として構成される案内要素(3)であって、前記案内要素の外被面が案内面(33)として構成される案内要素(3)と、
ブレーキ入口(21)及びブレーキ出口(22)を有する中空体として構成されるブレーキ要素(2)であって、前記ブレーキ要素の外被面がブレーキ面(23)として構成されるブレーキ要素(2)と
を有し、
運転状態において、排気ガスが、前記案内要素入口(31)に流入することができ、また前記ブレーキ出口(22)を通して流出することができる、フロー・ユニット(1)において、
前記案内面(33)は、予め定義可能なブレーキ角度α>0で前記排気ガスがブレーキ面(23)に当たるように、また排気ガスのせん断層が前記ブレーキ出口(22)で形成され得るように前記ブレーキ面(23)に対して構成及び配置されることを特徴とする、フロー・ユニット(1)。 - 前記案内要素(3)は、前記案内要素出口(32)に向かう方向に狭まる中空体として、特に直線又は非直線の円錐又は円錐台の形態で構成され、また前記ブレーキ要素(2)は、前記ブレーキ出口(22)に向かう方向に拡がる中空体として、特に直線又は非直線の円錐又は円錐台の形態で構成される、請求項1に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素は、前記案内出口に向かう方向に拡がる中空体として、特に直線又は非直線の円錐又は円錐台の形態で構成され、また前記ブレーキ要素は、前記ブレーキ出口に向かう方向に狭まる中空体として、特に直線又は非直線の円錐又は円錐台の形態で構成される、請求項1に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素(3)及び/又は前記ブレーキ要素(2)は、共通の長手方向軸線(L)に沿って配置される、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素(3)の案内要素断面が、前記案内要素出口(32)の方向に寸法の大きくなる断面表面として構成され、且つ/又は、前記ブレーキ要素(2)のブレーキ断面が、前記ブレーキ出口(22)の方向に寸法の小さくなる断面表面として構成される、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素(3)の案内要素断面が、前記案内要素出口(32)の方向に寸法の小さくなる断面表面として構成され、且つ/又は、前記ブレーキ要素(2)のブレーキ断面が、前記ブレーキ出口(22)の方向に寸法の大きくなる断面表面として構成される、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素断面及び/又は前記ブレーキ断面が、円形、及び/又は楕円、及び/又は正多角形又は非正多角形の形態であり、特に三角形又は四角形又は五角形の形態である、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 噴射器(4)が前記案内要素入口(31)の正面に配置され、前記噴射器(4)は、添加剤が前記排気ガス中に噴射可能であるように構成及び配置され、それにより排気ガスと前記添加剤のせん断層が前記ブレーキ出口(22)に形成され得る、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記噴射器(4)が、前記案内要素入口(31)に、及び/又は前記案内要素(3)と前記ブレーキ要素(2)との間に、及び/又は前記ブレーキ出口(22)に配置され、前記噴射器(4)は、添加剤が前記排気ガス中に噴射可能であるように構成及び配置され、それにより排気ガスと前記添加剤のせん断層が前記ブレーキ出口(22)に形成され得る、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記フロー・ユニット(1)が、追加の案内要素(34)、特に前記案内要素(3)と同一の追加の案内要素(34)を有し、且つ/又は、追加のブレーキ要素(24)、特に前記ブレーキ要素(2)と同一の追加のブレーキ要素(24)を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素(3)と前記追加の案内要素(34)が同軸に配置され、且つ/又は、前記ブレーキ要素(2)と前記追加のブレーキ要素(24)が同軸に配置される、請求項10に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記予め定義可能なブレーキ角度αが、0°≦α≦60°、好ましくは20°≦α≦40°である、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 前記案内要素(3)及び/又は前記追加の案内要素及び/又は前記ブレーキ要素(2)及び/又は前記追加のブレーキ要素は、前記共通の長手方向軸線(L)に沿って配置される、請求項10又は11に記載のフロー・ユニット。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載のフロー・ユニット(1)を有する、往復動ピストン内燃機関、特に大形2サイクル・ディーゼル機関の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス浄化システム。
- 往復動ピストン内燃機関の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス浄化システム(6)のための方法であって、
フロー・ユニット(1)が、案内要素(3)及びブレーキ要素(2)を有し、
前記案内要素(3)は、案内要素入口(31)及び案内要素出口(32)を有する中空体として構成され、前記案内要素(3)の外被面が案内面(33)として構成され、
前記ブレーキ要素(2)は、ブレーキ入口(21)及びブレーキ出口(22)を有する中空体として構成され、前記ブレーキ要素(2)の外被面がブレーキ面(23)として構成され、
排気ガスが、前記案内要素入口(31)に流入し、また前記ブレーキ出口(22)を通して流出する
方法において、
前記案内面(33)は、予め定義された角度α>0で前記排気ガスが前記ブレーキ面(23)に当たるように、また排気ガスのせん断層が前記ブレーキ出口(22)に形成され得るように前記排気ガスを偏向させることを特徴とする方法。
