Claims (19)
- 電気手術器具用の顎部材を製造する方法であって:
長手方向の顎区間を有する顎ハウジングを提供するステップと;
1以上の貫通する通路を含む導電性プレートを提供するステップと;
前記顎ハウジングの前記顎区間に前記導電性プレートを配設するステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと前記導電性プレートとを型内に置くステップと;
流動性の絶縁材料が前記1以上の通路を流れて前記導電性プレートから所定距離突出する1以上の止め部材を形成するように、前記導電性プレートを前記顎ハウジングに固定するために流動性の前記絶縁材料を型内に注入するステップと;
流動性の前記絶縁材料を固化させるステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと、前記導電性プレートと、固化させた前記絶縁材料とを前記型から顎部材として取り出すステップとを備える;

- 組織を封止するためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリを製造する方法であって:
長手方向の顎区間を各々有する一対の第1及び第2の顎ハウジングと、一対の導電性プレートとを提供するステップであって、前記導電性プレートの少なくとも一方がその内部に1以上の通路を含むステップと;
前記顎ハウジングの前記顎区間に前記導電性プレートを配設するステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと前記導電性プレートとを型内に置くステップと;
流動性の絶縁材料が前記1以上の通路を流れて前記導電性プレートから所定距離突出する1以上の止め部材を形成するように、前記導電性プレートを前記顎ハウジングに固定するために流動性の前記絶縁材料を型に注入するステップと;
流動性の前記絶縁材料を固化させるステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと、前記導電性プレートと、固化させた前記絶縁材料とを前記型から取り出して2つの顎部材を形成するステップと;
前記導電性プレートが実質的に互いに対向し互いに対して枢支関係となるように前記顎部材を枢軸周りに組み立てるステップとを備える;
