Claims (28)
- 電気手術器具用の顎部材を製造する方法であって:
長手方向の顎区間を有する顎ハウジングを提供するステップと;

請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記予め成形したインサートを前記顎ハウジング内に置いて第1のサブアセンブリを形成するステップと;
前記導電性プレートを前記第1のサブアセンブリの上に置いて第2のサブアセンブリを形成するステップと;
次に、前記第2のサブアセンブリを前記第2の型内に置くステップと;
流動性の前記第2の絶縁材料を注入するステップとを備える;
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記顎ハウジングと前記導電性プレートとを前記第2の型内に置く前に、導電性の導線を前記導電性プレートに当てて配設する追加ステップを備える;
請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記顎ハウジングと前記導電性プレートとを前記第2の型内に置く前に前記導電性の導線を所定位置に圧着するステップを備える;
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 流動性の前記第2の絶縁材料は、前記導線を前記導電性プレートと電気接続した状態で所定位置に固定することを支援する、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記導電性プレートが1以上の保持機構を備え、流動性の前記第1の絶縁材料が前記1以上の保持機構へ流れ込んで前記1以上の止め部材を形成する、
請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記1以上の保持機構が1以上の凹部を含む、

- 組織を封止するためのエンドエフェクタアセンブリを製造する方法であって:
長手方向の顎区間を各顎ハウジングが有する一対の第1及び第2の顎ハウジングと、少なくとも一方の導電性プレートがその中に1以上の保持機構を含む一対の導電性プレートとを提供するステップと;
前記導電性プレートを第1の型内に置くステップと;
流動性の第1の絶縁材料を前記型に注入するステップであって、流動性の前記第1の絶縁材料は、前記1以上の保持機構に流入して前記導電性プレートから所定距離突出する1以上の止め部材を形成するように注入されるステップと;
流動性の前記第1の絶縁材料を固化させるステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと前記導電性プレートとを第2の型内に置くステップと;
流動性の第2の絶縁材料を前記型に注入して前記導電性プレートを前記顎ハウジングに固定させるステップと;
流動性の前記第2の絶縁材料を固化させるステップと;
前記顎ハウジングと、前記導電性プレートと、前記固化した絶縁材料とを前記型から取り出して2つの顎部材を形成するステップと;
前記導電性プレートが実質的に互いに対向し互いに対して枢動関係となるように前記顎部材を枢軸周りに組み立てるステップとを備える;
方法。 - 前記注入するステップは、前記所定距離が約20μm乃至約350μm(0.00079インチ乃至約0.014インチ)であるステップである、
