Abstract
【解決手段】ディスプレイと、ディスプレイの表示面側に設けられたタッチ操作を検出可能なタッチパネルと、ディスプレイのバックライトと、バックライトの電流をパルス幅変調駆動して制御するバックライト制御手段とを有し、CPUが、タッチパネルのサブスキャン周波数とは異なる電流駆動周波数でバックライト制御手段にバックライトを駆動制御させるようにして、バックライトの駆動により発生するノイズの影響を抑え、タッチパネルに対するタッチ操作の誤検出を防ぐことができるようにする。

本発明は、上述の実施形態の1以上の機能を実現するプログラムを、ネットワーク又は記憶媒体を介してシステム又は装置に供給し、そのシステム又は装置のコンピュータにおける1つ以上のプロセッサーがプログラムを読み出し実行する処理でも実現可能である。また、1以上の機能を実現する回路(例えば、ASIC)によっても実現可能である。
Claims (9)
- 表示手段と、
タッチ操作を検出するための複数の列電極と複数の行電極とが直交するように配置され、前記表示手段の表示面側に設けられたタッチパネルと、
前記表示手段の輝度を制御するバックライトと、
前記バックライトの電流をパルス幅変調駆動して制御するバックライト制御手段と、
前記タッチパネルからタッチ操作に応じて変化する前記列電極と前記行電極との交点における信号の検出を行う第1の周波数の自然数倍の周波数とは異なる第2の周波数で前記バックライトを前記バックライト制御手段に駆動制御させる制御手段とを有することを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第1の周波数を取得し、取得した前記第2の周波数に応じて前記バックライト制御手段に駆動制御させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の周波数は、可聴域よりも速い周波数かつ前記第1の周波数よりも遅い周波数であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2の周波数は、可聴域よりも速い周波数かつ前記第1の周波数の逓倍周波数もしくは分周周波数のうち可聴域に最も近い周波数よりも遅い周波数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電子機器。
- 予め設定される前記第1の周波数の情報が格納された記憶手段を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記記憶手段から前記第1の周波数の情報を取得することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電子機器。 - 前記第2の周波数は、前記第1の周波数よりも遅い周波数であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 表示手段と、タッチ操作を検出するための複数の列電極と複数の行電極とが直交するように配置され、前記表示手段の表示面側に設けられたタッチパネルと、前記表示手段の輝度を制御するバックライトとを有する電子機器の制御方法であって、
前記電子機器のバックライト制御手段が、前記バックライトの電流をパルス幅変調駆動して制御する工程と、
前記タッチパネルからタッチ操作に応じて変化する前記列電極と前記行電極との交点における信号の検出を行う第1の周波数の自然数倍の周波数とは異なる第2の周波数で前記バックライトを前記バックライト制御手段に駆動制御させる工程とを有することを特徴とする電子機器の制御方法。 - 表示手段と、タッチ操作を検出するための複数の列電極と複数の行電極とが直交するように配置され、前記表示手段の表示面側に設けられたタッチパネルと、前記表示手段の輝度を制御するバックライトとを有する電子機器の制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムであって、
前記電子機器のバックライト制御手段に、前記バックライトの電流をパルス幅変調駆動して制御させるステップと、
前記タッチパネルからタッチ操作に応じて変化する前記列電極と前記行電極との交点における信号の検出を行う第1の周波数の自然数倍の周波数とは異なる第2の周波数で前記バックライトを前記バックライト制御手段に駆動制御させるステップとをコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。 - 請求項8記載のプログラムを記録したことを特徴とするコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
