Claims (10)
- 複数の着色画素にそれぞれ配設され、互いに異なる色を示す複数の着色フィルターと、
透明な有機物質および青色剤を含み、前記複数のカラーフィルターの上に配設される部分および白色画素に配設される部分を有するオーバーコート膜と、
を備える表示装置。 - 前記複数の着色フィルターは、赤色を示す赤色フィルターと、緑色を示す緑色フィルターおよび青色を示す青色フィルターを備え、
一つの前記白色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜が含む前記青色剤の量は、一つの着色画素に配設される前記青色フィルターに含まれている青色剤の量よりも少ない請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 向かい合う第1の基板および第2の基板と、
前記第1の基板の上に配設される複数の信号線と、
をさらに備え、
前記着色画素および前記白色画素は、それぞれ前記複数の信号線と接続されている少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスターを備え、
前記複数の着色フィルターおよび前記オーバーコート膜は、前記第2の基板の上に配設される請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2の基板の上に配設され、複数の開口部を有する遮光部材をさらに備え、
前記着色フィルターは、前記遮光部材の前記開口部に配設される部分を有し、
前記オーバーコート膜は、前記白色画素に配設され、前記遮光部材の前記開口部に配設される部分を有する請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記白色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の厚さは、前記着色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の厚さよりも大きい請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記白色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の上面の高さは、前記着色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の上面の高さよりも小さい請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 基板および前記基板の上に配設される複数の信号線をさらに備え、
前記着色画素および前記白色画素は、それぞれ前記複数の信号線と接続されている少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスターを備え、
前記複数の着色フィルターおよび前記オーバーコート膜は、前記薄膜トランジスターの上に配設される請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記白色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の厚さは、前記着色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の厚さよりも大きい請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記白色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の上面の高さは、前記着色画素に配設される前記オーバーコート膜の上面の高さよりも小さい請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記オーバーコート膜の上に配設される複数の画素電極をさらに備える請求項9に記載の表示装置。
