Abstract
Description
シリコン系架橋剤として、ポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサン(PHMS、重量平均分子量:3000)10gを100mlのトルエン溶媒に分散させた後、60℃〜80℃で1モル濃度のHF30mlを添加して3時間の間処理して主鎖にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンを製造した。その後、末端がビニル基に置換されたポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、重量平均分子量:約40000)と製造された主鎖の一部にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンとを7:3の体積比で混合してシロキサンポリマーを製造した。
製造例によって製造されたシロキサンポリマーをバーコーティング法でガラス基材に塗布した後、60℃で2時間の間処理して、シロキサンポリマーからなる未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
末端がビニル基に置換されたポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、重量平均分子量:約40000)と製造された主鎖の一部にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンとを9:1の体積比で混合してシロキサンポリマーを製造したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
実施例1の電気活性フィルムの代わりに、誘電性エラストマーとしてポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)を基材上に塗布した後、乾燥して未延伸電気活性フィルムを得た。
製造例によって製造されたシロキサンポリマーでない、下記の化学式5で表されるポリジメチルシロキサン系ポリマー(商品名:Dow730、ダウコーニング社)を用いて、バーコーティング法で未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
実施例1の電気活性フィルムの代わりに、強誘電性ポリマーであるP(VDF−TrFE)(Poly(VinyliDene Fluoride)−TriFlurorEtylene)からなる電気活性フィルムを用いた。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1〜2の電気活性フィルムの誘電率を、LCRメートル(4284A)を用いて25℃で周波数1kHzでの静電容量を測定し、下記の数式6を用いることにより算出した。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1及び3の電気活性フィルムの光透過率を、ヘイズメートル(JCH−300S、Oceanoptics社)を用いて測定した。測定結果は、下記の表2に表した。
本発明の電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子の性能を評価するために、振動加速度を測定した。図6A〜6Cは、実施例1及び比較例1に対する振動加速度実験データである。具体的に、図6Aは、実施例1により製造された未延伸の電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。図6Bは、実施例1により製造され、ロール間延伸方法を用いてMD方向(長手方向)に300%の延伸率で延伸された電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。また、図6Cは、比較例1の接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。
Claims (16)
- 主鎖の少なくとも一部にフルオロ基またはクロロ基が結合されたシロキサンポリマーを含む電気活性フィルムを備え、
前記電気活性フィルムは、延伸率が100%以上である延伸が施されることにより、延伸前の前記電気活性フィルムよりも15%以上向上した誘電率を有する接触感応素子。 - 前記電気活性フィルムは、延伸率が300%以上である延伸が施されることにより、延伸前の前記電気活性フィルムよりも30%以上向上した誘電率を有する請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記シロキサンポリマーは、(i)末端がビニル基に置換されたポリシロキサン及び主鎖の少なくとも一部にフルオロ基もしくはクロロ基が結合されたシリコン系架橋剤を架橋結合することにより製造される、または(ii)末端がビニル基に置換されたポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)及び主鎖に水素もしくはヒドロキシ基を含むシリコン系架橋剤を架橋結合した後、前記水素もしくはヒドロキシ基の少なくとも一部をフルオロ基もしくはクロロ基に置換することにより製造される請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、1軸または2軸延伸が施された請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、β−相(β−phase)の構造を有する請求項4に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、強誘電性ポリマー領域と誘電性ポリマー領域とが互いに交互に積層されている多層構造を有する請求項4に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、1kHzで測定した誘電率が7.0以上である請求項4に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、光透過率が85%以上である請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 表示パネル、タッチパネル、及び接触感応素子を有する表示装置であって、
前記接触感応素子は、主鎖の少なくとも一部にフルオロ基またはクロロ基が結合されたシロキサンポリマーを含む電気活性フィルムを備え、
前記電気活性フィルムは、延伸率が100%以上である延伸が施されることにより、延伸前の前記電気活性フィルムよりも15%以上向上した誘電率を有する表示装置。 - 前記電気活性フィルムは、1軸または2軸延伸が施された請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 下記の化学式1で表されるポリシロキサンと下記の化学式2で表されるシリコン系架橋剤とを架橋結合することによって、シロキサンポリマーを製造するステップと、
前記製造されたシロキサンポリマーの主鎖に結合された水素またはヒドロキシ基の少なくとも一部をフルオロ基またはクロロ基に置換することによって、置換されたシロキサンポリマーを製造するステップと、
前記置換されたシロキサンポリマーを製膜するステップと、
を備える電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記化学式1で表されるポリシロキサンに対する、前記化学式2で表されるシリコン系架橋剤を架橋結合させる体積比は9:1〜5:5である請求項11に記載の電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記製膜された電気活性フィルムを1軸延伸または2軸延伸するステップをさらに備える請求項11に記載の電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
- 下記の化学式2で表されるシリコン系架橋剤の主鎖に結合された水素またはヒドロキシ基の少なくとも一部をフルオロ基またはクロロ基に置換するステップと、
前記置換されたシリコン系架橋剤と、下記の化学式1で表されるポリシロキサンとを架橋結合することによって、シロキサンポリマーを製造するステップと、
前記製造されたシロキサンポリマーを製膜するステップと、
を備える電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記化学式1で表されるポリシロキサンに対する、前記化学式2で表されるシリコン系架橋剤を架橋結合させる体積比は9:1〜5:5である請求項14に記載の電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記製膜された電気活性フィルムを1軸延伸または2軸延伸するステップをさらに備える請求項14に記載の電気活性フィルムの製造方法。
