Abstract
Description
原料としてポリプロピレン系樹脂、及びポリエチレン系エラストマーを用い、下記配合で発泡ダクトをブロー成形した。使用した原料は下記の通りである。
・ポリプロピレン系樹脂A:ボレアレス社製、商品名WB140(長鎖分岐構造を有するポリプロピレン)
・ポリプロピレン系樹脂B:日本ポリプロ社製、商品名ノバテックPP・BC4BSW
・ポリエチレン系エラストマー:三井化学社製、商品名DF605
・配合:ポリプロピレン系樹脂A:ポリプロピレン系樹脂B:ポリエチレン系エラストマー=70:23:7(質量比)
作製した発泡ダクトについて、水脹れ、及び気泡径を評価した。評価基準は下記の通りである。
・水脹れ:目視にて表面の水脹れ状の気泡の発生を確認し、水脹れ状の気泡が認められた場合は×、ほとんど認められなかった場合を○、全く認められなかった場合を◎とした。
・気泡径:断面を観察し、気泡の長手方向の径が1000μmを超える場合を×、1000μm未満である場合を○、700μm以下である場合を◎とした。

Claims (5)
- ダイヘッドにおけダイスリットの間隔を成形される中空成形品の目標肉厚に応じて設定し、アキュムレータ内の溶融樹脂を前記ダイスリットから筒状に押し出してパリソンを形成し、当該パリソンを金型内で成形するブロー成形方法であって、
押し出し開始時にダイスリットの間隔を前記目標肉厚に応じて設定される値よりも小さくし、その後、ダイスリットの間隔を目標肉厚に応じて設定される値と一致するように広げることを特徴とするブロー成形方法。 - ドローダウンに起因する肉厚減少を考慮して、前記目標肉厚に応じて設定される値を補正することを特徴とする請求項1記載のブロー成形方法。
- 押し出し開始直後のアキュムレータ内の圧力を40bar以上に保つことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のブロー成形方法。
- 発泡ブロー成形であり、成形される中空成形品の肉厚が3.5mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のブロー成形方法。
- 樹脂がポリプロピレンを主体とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のブロー成形方法。
