Claims (10)
- カラーフィルタ基板、
を含み、
前記カラーフィルタ基板は、
第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に配置されるブラックマトリクス及びカラーフィルタ層と、
前記カラーフィルタ層の上及び前記ブラックマトリクスの上に配置される透明導電層と、
前記透明導電層上及び前記ブラックマトリクスの上に位置する複数のスペーサと、を有し、
前記透明導電層は、前記ブラックマトリクスの上方に位置する複数の開口部を有し、
前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つは、隣接する前記スペーサ間に位置し、前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つに部分的に重なる、
表示パネル。 - 前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つの面積の5〜50%を覆う、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つの面積の10〜30%を覆う、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記カラーフィルタ層は、少なくとも2つのカラーレジストを有し、
前記2つのカラーレジストは、異なる色を有し、前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つは、異なる色を有する前記2つのカラーレジスト間の境界の延長線上に位置する、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記カラーフィルタ層は、前記2つのカラーレジスト間の前記境界に位置する凹部を有し、前記凹部の底部は、前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つの中心から離れて位置する、請求項4に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記少なくとも2つのカラーレジストは、それぞれ、赤いカラーレジスト、緑のカラーレジスト又は青のカラーレジストのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項4に記載の表示パネル。
- 液晶層と、
前記カラーフィルタ基板に組み付けられる薄膜トランジスタ基板と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタ基板は、ゲート線及びデータ線を含み、
前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つと、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つとは、前記ゲート線上に位置し、前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記データ線上に位置する、請求項7に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタ基板は、データ線及び画素電極を更に含み、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記データ線の延長方向に沿った前記画素電極の中心に位置する、請求項7に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタ基板は、画素電極を更に含み、前記開口部のうちの少なくとも1つと、前記スペーサのうちの少なくとも1つとは、前記ブラックマトリクスの上に位置し、前記ブラックマトリクスは、前記画素電極を隔てて配置される、請求項7に記載の表示パネル。
